«The place was super clean, easy to access and close to everywhere we needed to go. The neighborhood looks like it is being improved and not sure I would let my daughter go for a run, but always felt safe. The only improvement would be the couch, looked like from the pictures it had been replace and was not the most comfy for cuddling. »

«Good property. Great location. Upstairs gets a bit warm and thermostat can’t be adjusted. Little difficulty with communication about linens and parking passes but management was quick to respond to my questions/problems. »

«The little blue cottage was perfect for our time in Charleston.The kitchen was completely equipped with a full size fridge and everything we needed.The cottage was very clean and tidy.Off-street parking was perfect. One note, the main bed is in a loft with a slightly steep ladder. The ladder was super sturdy with nice wide steps so we were very comfortable with getting up and down.We were very happy with this property and would def recommend it.»

Only issues were hard floors needed to be mopped…our feet were black on bottoms. Also, not in best area of town, but awesome once inside. »

«Cute little place perfect for 2 people. A little off the main area but for us it was still walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Had everything needed for an extra long weekend stay and fantastic communication about everything, including giving us a heads up on an event the weekend we were there so may be busier than usual. You will need nothing upon arrival (they supply a variety of teas, coffees, clean towels, laundry supplies, amd toiletries). The front door area is fenced in and perfect for you to sit outside, let the dog roam, look at the beautiful Crape Myrtles, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The house was spotless.
