    Our fully renovated 1-bedroom, 2-bath condo is designed for your comfort while providing spectacular views of Lake Winnipesaukee from your expansive large windows. Dive into relaxation with access to an inground pool, hot tub, arcade, and on-site gym.



    This condo is the ideal choice for those craving a memorable experience without sacrificing comfort. With attractions like Weirs Beach and Gunstock Mountain just a short drive away, you won’t miss out on the best of the Lakes Region.     Awake to stunning sunrises and wind down with enchanting sunsets, all while watching the fireworks at Weirs Beach from your condo. The condo is well-appointed with 2 queen beds, smart TVs in the living room and bedroom, Wi-Fi, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, heating, air conditioning, 2 full bathrooms, a pull-out couch, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. We also provide all linens, and you’ll find vending machines on the lower level next to the laundry room for your convenience.



    Take full advantage of all the fantastic amenities included with your stay at no extra cost. For the comfort of all our guests, we strictly prohibit smoking in the condo. The homeowners association (HOA) enforces a $250 fee for smoking within 20 feet of the building. Additionally, pets are not permitted, and any violations will incur a $200 service fee from the HOA.

My son and I had an incredible stay for the weekend, the view is so breathtaking and makes its insanely tough to not stare out the window for hours.The unit was safe, clean, comfy living space, quiet and plenty of space for my son and I to unwind and lots of surface space for unpacking, comfy beds 2 full bathrooms, a pac man mini arcade, popcorn machine and sweet telescope. Full kitchen with so many supplies, you were all set with anything you could possibly need for your trip. Communication was top notch with the property manager and they were available at a moments notice if needed via messenger or phone. The property and unit are a treasure and this property is a terrific family spot, solo adventure, or couples! the pool and jacuzzi are top notch and this place has everything you need for entertainment. Location is phenomenal to everything you could possibly want to do in town.Highly recommend! My son and I did not want to leave and will return! We also saw a small bear on the property in the early evening from the window of the unit, which was so cool!
