«Horrible experience. I have never had an experience as bad as the one I had here. The staff seems like they hate their job. The manager — an older woman at the front desk — couldn’t have been more hostile. The breakfast selection is very poor quality, and they even shut off the lights while people were still eating. «The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. »
