Designed for comfort in every season, the chalet is air-conditioned in summer, heated in winter, and fully connected with high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi. The perfect balance between immersion in nature and modern comfort.

The chalet can accommodate up to 6 guests and includes :
- one ground-floor bedroom with two single beds (90x190),
- a master suite upstairs with a double bed (140x190), private balcony, and en-suite shower room,
- a third bedroom with two single beds (90x190), close to a separate bathroom with bathtub.

A private parking space (outdoor, uncovered) is available close to the chalet, along with free shared parking within the estate.

- Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning (additional fee): €129
- Bed linen and towels available as an option: €7 per person
- Pets welcome with an additional fee of €30 per animal for the entire stay

Less than 10 metres away, the secure shared swimming pool, open from 1 May to 30 September, naturally extends summer days with refreshing swims and relaxing moments in the sun.

On site, the Souillac Golf et Country Club offers a privileged setting to vary your pleasures:
- an 18-hole golf course set in lush surroundings (paid activity),
- tennis courts for game enthusiasts (paid activity),
- a restaurant and bar, open from April to October, to round off the day in a friendly atmosphere.

Nearby, hiking trails, mountain bike routes, and cycling paths crisscross the Lot countryside. Here, activity and contemplation go hand in hand—effort naturally balanced by relaxation.

HOW TO GET TO L’AUZACOISE
L’Auzacoise is easy to reach:
- by car: A20 motorway – Exit 55 / Souillac,
- by train: Souillac train station, approximately 8 km away,
- by plane: Brive–Dordogne Valley Airport (about 20 minutes), then transfer by car; or Toulouse Airport (about 1 hour 45 minutes) or Bergerac Airport (about 1 hour 40 minutes), followed by a pleasant drive through the landscapes of southwest France.
