At Lac-du-Cerf: superb furnished chalet for rent on the edge of a magnificent private lake (only 2 residences with frontage on Lake Caron). 500 feet on the waters edge. Ideal for retirees, families or groups of friends. Ideal for hunters/fishermen. Group rental 6-8 people maximum.

Although not navigable, several water activities can be practiced on the lake, paddle board, pedal boat, canoe, kayak, ... which are all provided in the rental price. There is also a floating dock.

The cottage includes 3 full bedrooms with 2 double beds, 1 queen bed, 1 king bed, 1 futon, 2 full bathrooms on the ground floor and 1 powder room with laundry room in the basement, full kitchen (equipped), wood fireplace, attic with family room and basement over 6 feet high completely finished. Lots of storage. High speed WIFI and cable included. Kids friendly and fully equiped.

A few minutes from several navigable bodies of water, such as Grand Lac-du-Cerf and Lac Lefebvre.

Monthly rental only (32 days or more). Price varies depending on the month and duration of the rental ($2,750 low season and $5,000 high season).

The Municipality of Lac-du-Cerf and its surroundings enjoy an exceptional location and offer many natural sites, breathtaking landscapes, many hiking trails, immense navigable bodies of water and parks that allow you to practice a variety of land and water activities year-round, with family, as a couple or alone. Public beaches, municipal library, skating rink, childrens parks, baseball field, and tennis court just a few minutes from the cottage.

Provincial ATV and snowmobile trails from the chalet.

Petit Castor Ecological Trail takes you to the magnificent waterfalls. Several kilometers of developed trails leading to lookout points.

The Devils Creek Trail offers you another beautiful walk and is also suitable for cycling.

Mont-Limoge, at an altitude of 415 metres, offers you several panoramic trails, including on the Lièvre River and the two Cerfs lakes.

Cross-country ski trail with refuge; 4 km of intermediate-difficult trails and 5.2 km of easy trails.

Snowshoe trail with refuge; 3 easy loops varying from 1km to 4km and a more difficult one of 750 meters.

The linear park "Le P it Train du Nord" parking lot in Val-Barrette 20 minutes from the chalet. A 13km track towards Mont-Laurier, all asphalt since 2003.
