Nou Tremblant Chalet, Lac Labelle, and Private Beach

Noü Tremblant is a new luxury chalet on a private peninsula on Lac Labelle, 30 minutes from Mont-Tremblant. 2,200 sq ft, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, sleeps up to 10.

MINIMUM STAY: 31 NIGHTS
We host monthly and seasonal stays only. Well suited to remote workers, families taking an extended break, and anyone spending a season in the Laurentians.

THE CHALET
New construction with a cathedral ceiling and floor to ceiling windows across the whole ground floor. Heated polished concrete floors, gas fireplace, and an open kitchen with a centre island. Fully equipped: oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, ice maker. Air conditioning, heating, washer and dryer, and wifi throughout. A dedicated workspace with desk, office chair, and external monitor. Garage and on-site parking.

SLEEPING
Master bedroom: king bed plus a double
Second bedroom: king bed plus a child bed
Third bedroom: queen bed plus a twin
Two folding single beds are available on request.

THE WATERFRONT
Over 100 feet of private sandy beach on a 35,000 sq ft peninsula lot, with clear water and an unusually short setback to the shoreline, a grandfathered right (droit acquis) that newer builds nearby cannot match. Private dock and an outdoor spa. Paddle boards and kayaks are included with your stay. Two Sea-Doos are available to rent. Firepit, outdoor furniture, beach chairs and beach towels provided.

Lac Labelle runs 14 km and reaches 65 m deep, one of the few Laurentian lakes that allows motorboats. Lake trout, walleye, smallmouth bass and northern pike. Ice fishing from December through March in Quebec Fishing Zone 10.

THE REGION
30 minutes to Mont-Tremblant: 102 trails, 645 m vertical, 14 lifts, the pedestrian village, casino, Scandinave Spa and two championship golf courses. Mont-Tremblant National Park is 30 to 45 minutes away, 1,510 km² with more than 400 lakes, via ferrata, waterfalls and 82 km of backcountry trails. The P'tit Train du Nord corridor runs nearby for cycling and snowmobiling.

1.5 hours from Montreal via Highway 15 North and Route 117. 2.5 hours from Ottawa. Nearest airport is Montreal-Trudeau (YUL).
