The Space:

The studio has been furnished with great attention to detail and has everything your heart desires – a high-quality queen-size double bed, a cozy table for four people, a sofa bed for two people, wardrobes with plenty of storage space, internet, TV with >100 TV channels, a stylishly furnished bathroom with bathtub, and a fully equipped kitchen with fondue & raclette oven for cozy hours in the mountains. In addition, you have your own ski locker in the garage for your skis/snowboard and your own outdoor parking space with an electric charging station.



The location is fantastic: right in Laax village, next to Lake Laax Lag Grond, just a few minutes' walk from the Volg grocery store, bakery, butcher, and various restaurants. Mountain railways, slopes, snow parks, train station, golf course, hiking trails, bike trails—everything is in the immediate vicinity. From here, you can explore Laax and the surrounding area. Have fun!

Swimming pool/sauna:

The swimming pool is available free of charge. There is also a sauna available for a fee.

Washing machine/dryer:

Washing machine and drying room available for a fee.



Guest Access:

Access is via a key box, which allows for flexible check-in.

The key box is located to the left of the garage.

In winter, you can expect world-famous first-class snow parks, 224 kilometers of slopes, 29 lifts, breathtaking natural scenery and first-class gastronomy - winter sports fans will get their money's worth here.

The mountain summer has ist very own charm. Experience it in all ist glory while hiking or biking. Fresh mountain air, crystal-clear lakes and deep green forests and meadows will make you forget your everyday life.
