Victor Studio – 200 m from the Beach

Ground-floor studio with private courtyard, centrally located—Rue Victor Hugo, La Tranche sur Mer. The beach is just 200 m away, shops only 50 m. The studio features a living/bedroom with TV and double bed (140 cm), a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, cooktop, microwave), bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine. Enjoy the terrace with garden furniture. Private parking is 300 m away and available from July 9 to August 27.



The accommodation is carefully prepared; please respect the space.



Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be provided for an extra fee. Even if you choose the cleaning option, please leave the house tidy, wash, dry, and put away dishes, clean the cooktop and plancha, and take out all trash and waste.



Check-in is between 3 pm and 6 pm. You will be welcomed at the agency for key collection and instructions. Please message your approximate arrival time on the morning of your stay via the booking platform.



Please do not subscribe to internet options such as video-on-demand services; non-compliance may result in extra charges.



Parties are strictly prohibited. Pets are allowed under certain conditions; please contact us.



Only household waste should be placed in the bins and taken out for collection twice a week. Other waste (glass, cans, cardboard, plastics, etc.) must be disposed of in the town’s recycling containers.
