Located in La Roquette-sur-Siagne, the chalet Les Iris Domaine du Lac de la Vallée offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. This 20 m² property consists of a living room, an equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom, and separate toilets, and can accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include a television, air conditioning, and a washing machine (shared). A ping-pong table and a pétanque court are also available on the property.



This accommodation does not offer Wi-Fi. The private outdoor area includes a fenced pool shared among guests of the 4 holiday homes as well as a very large garden. A terrace and an electric plancha are also at your disposal.



The chalet is only 12 meters from the edge of a private lake. Within a 3 km radius, you will find supermarkets with gas stations, bakeries, restaurants, and a bus stop for Cannes.



Two parking spaces are available on the property. One pet is allowed. Smoking and events are not permitted. The shower room and toilets are located outside the chalet, 15 meters away. Please note that a deposit is required and must be paid on site. A mandatory cleaning fee is also to be paid on site.
