In a pleasant setting, on the marina, 2 steps from the pretty beach of Minimes (we go there on foot!), a large swimming pool to relax... Ideally located, with easy access to La Rochelle (by bus or sea bus, or even on foot), you can also visit the surroundings (Ile de Ré, Ile d'Aix, Ile d'Oléron, Fort Boyard, the Pointe de la Fumée with its oyster beds), by car, or why not, by bike which is easily found to rent on site.<br><br>The 36m2 apartment is located in a private residence with trees and well maintained, with a swimming pool reserved for residents, and is exposed to the sun. It includes an entrance, (with storage and separate toilet), living room opening onto a balcony, (you can take your meals there) facing south and overlooking the garden, a kitchenette with dishwasher, multifunction microwave oven, fridge, and a bedroom with a 140 bed. There is plenty of storage space next to the bathroom, and a washing machine. In the living room, a sofa bed can accommodate one or two additional people. And you will benefit from Wifi (fiber optics) and a small television will be at your disposal.<br><br>You will have your parking space reserved with access protected by a badge. <br><br>And in Les Minimes, everything is within walking distance: local shops, restaurants, beach, public transportation... Our residence (La Marina) is located on the quays of the marina, bordered by a pedestrian and cyclist walkway. Tranquility guaranteed!<br><br>Protective covers, bath mats and kitchen towels provided. Sheets and towels are not provided in the rental. You will have to bring your own sheets (bring 140 mattresses for the bed and sofa bed, and 50x60 pillow covers).
