Stepping into this La Quinta home, the desert unfolds all around you - mountain ridgelines rising to the west, open skies overhead, and the kind of quiet that makes it easy to exhale. Whether you`re here for the golf, the festivals, or simply a few days of genuine downtime, this single-level retreat gives you and your group room to settle in and stay a while.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms sleep up to 8 guests across 4 beds. The primary bedroom features a king bed, smart TV, stand/sit desk, ceiling fan, and direct pool access, paired with an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, smart TV, and room-darkening shades, with access to a shared bathroom. Bedroom 3 offers two full beds and a smart TV, sharing the same bathroom. A queen air mattress is available in the primary closet, and a Pack `n play/travel crib is available upon request.

Living & entertainment
The open living area is built for relaxed evenings - generous seating, a TV, and west-facing mountain views framed through the windows. Alexa lets you control lighting, shades, and music hands-free. WiFi and an Ethernet connection keep streaming and remote work running smoothly, and board games and cards are on hand for low-key group time indoors.

Kitchen & dining
A full kitchen gives your group the freedom to cook and eat on your own schedule. Appliances include a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, and Keurig coffee machine. Cooking basics, dishes, wine glasses, a toaster, blender, baking sheet, and rice maker are all included. The dining table seats the group for shared meals, with counter seating as an overflow option. Barbecue utensils and a BBQ grill are ready for outdoor cooking.

Outdoor living
The private backyard opens to desert and mountain views, with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and a dedicated outdoor dining area. The private pool and private hot tub are available year-round, open 24 hours - the hot tub is complimentary to heat, and pool heating runs at $50/day to reach 88°F (typically needed October through May; summer pool temps naturally sit between 85-95°F). A fire pit rounds out the evening options, giving the group a natural gathering spot as the desert cools down.

Comfort & amenities
Air conditioning, central heating, and ceiling fans keep the indoor climate comfortable year-round. A washer and free dryer, iron, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades are all available. Bathroom essentials - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hair dryer - are provided. The home has a private entrance, free parking on premises, and free street parking. Exterior security cameras, including a Front Door Ring Doorbell, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are all in place.

Community & location
Located in the gated Signature at PGA West community, the home is a short walk from the Stadium course and Ernie`s Bar and Grill. Guests have access to a shared gym and community amenities. Empire Polo Fields, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and a wide range of golf courses, dining, and shopping are all within easy reach.

A few things to note
Check-in is after 4PM and check-out is at 11AM - early check-in and late check-out may be available at no extra charge if the schedule allows. The home uses keyless entry with a reservation-specific code issued before arrival. Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay; a mid-stay clean is available for an additional fee.

Pets are welcome, including certain hypoallergenic dogs, for a nominal pet cleaning fee. Long-term stays are welcome.

We do not recommend shipping directly to the home - we do not have mailbox keys, and multiple vendors, housekeeping staff, and Guest Services team members have access to the property, so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

The home has HOA noise limit requirements. We recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy!

NOTE: We have many homes in PGA Signature either connecting, or within a few doors of this specific address. Opportunity to rent multiple homes right next to each other is available. Please inquire for larger groups!

Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.

PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can`t be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.

VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.

VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!

PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).

POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)

You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.

Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys` fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.
