The Legacy Villas has incorporated the best of La Quinta into a lush resort comprised of Spanish Hacienda-style Villas with sloping red-tiled roofs hanging over whitewashed plaster walls amidst an oasis of sparkling pools and fountains.
The villas, resembling a 5-Star Hotel, are luxuriously furnished in early California decor and boast 10ft. ceilings and 2082 sq. ft. of space. Soaking tubs, rich maple wood cabinetry, granite counters, and stone tile floors add to the opulent spa-like ambiance.
Just steps outside your Villa, the swimming options abound with 12 private saltwater pools and 11 relaxing jacuzzis, including a dedicated lap pool, a tranquil adult pool, and the ultimate family pool and play area with its beach-like entry, turtle fountains, and resort cabanas (free of charge). The inviting hammock garden, outdoor fireside lounge area, poolside café, and state-of-the-art fitness facility round out the spectacular Clubhouse at the heart of the resort. It is one of the most private rentals in Legacy Villas at La Quinta, tucked back along the perimeter trail, next to a semi-private pool, yet only a 2-minute walk to the main clubhouse area and family pools. The private patio is right next to the mountain, where you can relax in the sun and grill your favorite dishes on our outdoor BBQ.

Make your way up the iron staircase to the additional primary suite, which offers high ceilings, a coffee station, a large bathroom with a soaking tub, a walk-in shower, dual sinks, and a king-size bed.

- This home allows pets for a fee (two dogs max with deposit). If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this.
- This home does not have access to the La Quinta resort and amenities.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
