Spektakulær vestvendt Santa Rosa-fjell og dobbel fairway-utsikt over det private Weiskopf-kurset definerer denne bemerkelsesverdige 3 BD, 3. 5 BA hjemme i PGA Legends. En innbydende gårdsplass har en sentral fontene og tilgang til det romslige frittliggende 1 soverom, 1 bad casita. En sirkulær inngangs foajé gjør en staselig inngang. Når du er inne, vil du finne et flott rom med stor takhøyde, travertingulv og fantastisk utsikt. Stuen har en steinkledd peis og en våt bar. Imponerende 9 ft lomme skyvekontroller fører deg til det ekspansive uteområdet. Kjøkkenet har benkeplater av granitt og en kokende øy med frokostbar. Et tilstøtende spiseplass er romslig med franske dører som vender ut mot gårdsplassen. Alle rommene har eget bad med eget bad. Hovedsbadet har et stort walk-in-closet, badekar, doble forfengelighet og stor flislagt dusj. Gå utenfor, og nyt et glitrende basseng, spa, overbygd terrasse og grill. La Quinta Resort ligger omtrent 5 kilometer fra PGA West

Great House - Newly Updated!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were pleasantly surprised with the house, as the check-in process was frustrating and left us skeptical- we waited over forty minutes for a desk clerk to give us the keys and then she said "I don't know where it is so I can't tell you how to get there! Luckily we had navigation on our car, and found a map in the box with the keys later on.The house may have just been renovated -the appliances were brand new! For six people there was ample space to navigate the kitchen during meal times, and with the open layout, the common areas felt spacious, and were perhaps also just updated/renovated. The view is stunning, and with the golf course closed that week, looking out from the terrace felt quiet and peaceful. No golfers passing by!We didn't realize we would need to shop for basic essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, K-cups, napkins, etc. and the bath soap sizes would not have lasted us through our five days so we had to shop for the basics. We couldn't get the spa to heat up to a really warm temperature and the pool water was cold as well - didn't see instructions to heat that?We also didn't realize how far away from basic shopping and restaurants this community was located (12 minutes to a grocery store) and to other golf courses, so we may look for a location closer in next time, but the house was clean and comfortable.

We had friends staying at the resort and mistakenly assumed we’d be in the same neighborhood.. we were over 20 minutes away by car. Also disappointed there was no access to a fitness center near us.. again had to drive 20 minutes to workout in an mediocre fitness facility...

Epic Customer Service Fail

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this lovely property for the month of March 2020. The home and neighbourhood exceeded our expectations and we had no complaints whatsoever about the property itself. Just over two weeks into our stay, the pandemic crash-landed, and we had to leave abruptly – by orders of the Canadian government – to return home directly to Canada to quarantine. We received this assurance from the LQRL agent: “We will absolutely add a credit on your next reservation with us. Please keep this email as confirmation of that.” The entire state of California went into lockdown, and travellers were being sent home.Now allowed to freely travel again, we attempted to book a property recently, in fact this same one, using our promised credit. We quickly realized that the individual who promised the credit was reneging on this promise. Instead, we received this reply from another employee: “I spoke with management this morning; we have great news for you. We can accommodate you and extend a 15% discount off from any home you would like to reserve.” No apologies, no acknowledgement of the promised credit, no accountability. The property that we rented in March 2020 for 32 days costed out at $11,145, approximately $348 USD per night. Based on these calculations, we were promised a credit of $4,875. Pricing out a week in December, 2022 now sees the bill at $11,633 USD, or $1,661 PER NIGHT, over 4 times the cost of our original lease (and more than a month cost us in 2020). Adding the defaulted credit of $4,875, we are now at $14,763 USD for a week, roughly $2,109 USD a day? Up from $348 USD a day? Yikes. We even proposed what we thought to be a fair compromise, using our two-week remaining credit for a one-week rental – same home - and calling it square. No deal, no response. Unfortunately, we asked for and expected fair treatment, and this did not happen. As we are now being “ghosted” by the agency, w

Amazing home!

We loved our week at this home. It was spotless, comfortable and a great get away. The grandparents stayed in the casita and were very comfortable. The gated front entry was great for young kids to play safely. We were grateful for an early checkin and late checkout. We will definitely book this house again. We were hoping to reserve it for Spring Break but it's already booked. We highly recommend this home.

The property has a casita which worked out perfect for our group and was super nice. Everything was clean. Beds were comfortable. Pool was a nice size with lots of outdoor seating for our group. The house was well-stocked with towels, blankets, etc but I would say that the kitchen could use a couple extra skillets these days when cooking at home has become more and more common. This is my only suggestion. Otherwise, our stay was perfect.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was really lovely! Super clean and beautiful from the inside out. The pool was sparkling and the beds were all extremely comfortable and nice. 6 of us had the best time just relaxing. We stayed in the pool for hours and we very happy. Picking up and returning the keys to the office is a bit of a trek but it’s worth it. The staff is very kind and accommodating. The main prep advice I would give would be to bring EVERYTHING you think you may use in the kitchen if you plan to cook. There Is some cookware and utensils but we ended up at the grocery store picking up small things more than we thought we would. Not a big deal at all though. Overall we loved this place and we’ll definitely be back! It was amazing.

Overall I had no complaints with the house other than the fact that the pools flooring was rough so by the end of our 3 day stay the under part of our feet were cut up and sore ( we were active in the pool). Great Experience!

First off we would love to come back to this house. It was very clean and had everything provided. The views were wonderful and it’s an overall gorgeous resort. The house itself was in great condition and very comfortable. I do encourage to have the pool guy maybe come clean the pool sometime in the middle of the week vs on a Friday or Saturday.

However, upon arriving, the pool was very dirty and the surrounding concrete was full of debris. I called the office and requested that someone come and clean the pool. I appreciated the flexibility with early check in and late check out. I would definitely rent this home again. We are already planning another trip in the fall/winter. Thank you!

La Quinta getaway

Awesome place to stay with family. Check in was fast and easy. The house was clean when we arrived. Family time in pool and the view was so great. Felt like Hawaii at night. We had such an amazing time. Will definitely book again.
