This is a second floor condo with 1 bedroom with a king bed and a pull out sofa bed in the living area. Full stack laundry in unit nice kitchen with granite countertops, TV and Wifi included. Free parking.



Guest Access:

You have the entire unit and Patio, there are 4 Shared swimming pools and hot tubs that you have free access to. Free onsite parking.



The Neighborhood:

The condo is in Casitas Las Rosas, directly across from Old Town La Quinta. Walk to restaurants, wine bars, coffee shops, boutiques, and weekly markets. Golf, hiking trails, and world-class events like BNP Paribas and Coachella are a short drive away.



Other Things to Note:

Shared swimming pool (4 throughout the complex) and hot tub. Pools are heated year-round and overlook the community gardens. Pets are allowed with $150 fee.



Due to high demand during the Coachella festival period, early check-in will not be available. We appreciate your understanding as we prepare the home to the highest standards for your arrival.
