The Space:

A Santa Fe-style home built for indoor-outdoor desert living. The open great room has Saltillo tile floors and plenty of room to gather, with sliding glass doors out to the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless double ovens and full cookware.



Main suite: Queen bed, soaking tub, glass-block shower and French doors to the pool.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed.

Bedroom 3: Two single beds.

Living room: Sofa bed.

Bathrooms: 2 full baths with towels and essentials.



Outside, the private heated pool sits against the mountains.



Guest Access:

The entire home is yours, including all the bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, the indoor and outdoor living areas and the driveway.

Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to get around La Quinta and the wider valley, and the driveway is yours for parking. Palm Springs International Airport is roughly a 30-minute drive, and rideshare operates throughout the area.

Please note that we require all guests to sign a liability waiver to stay in the home. This is a requirement of our insurance provider.



★ Does the property have a private pool or spa? ★

Yes - the home has a private heated pool for the exclusive use of guests, framed by mountain views. It can be heated to a maximum of 82°F, which is a comfortable swimming temperature rather than spa-hot. Please note the pool is not gated or locked, so children should be supervised at all times.



★ What are the additional fees? ★

Pool heating is $60 per day, capped at $1,000 per month, and needs at least 24 hours' notice so we can check the system before you arrive. Spa heating is complimentary. Pets are $150 per animal.



★ What is the parking situation? ★

Guests have use of the driveway.



★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★

Yes - pets are welcome for a $150 fee per animal. We kindly ask that they are kept off the beds and sofas. If pet hair is found on a bed, a $150 additional cleaning fee applies per bed.



★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★

Yes - community quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.



★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★

We are no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you would like extra time at the start or end of your stay, please book the night before or the night after - that way the home is yours for the whole day and there is no rush at either end.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the number posted on the listing. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We require contact details for all adults staying at the property.



★ Is this a good property for events or celebrations? ★

No. This is a residential community and parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay will love the home and the neighbourhood.



★ What supplies are provided? ★

We provide roughly a week's worth of essentials to get you started - toiletries, paper goods and basic cleaning supplies. For longer stays, or if you get through them sooner, you're welcome to top up with whatever you prefer.



The pool is professionally cleaned twice a week. Due to occasional desert sandstorms, you may notice some sand or debris between scheduled cleanings. A small pool vacuum is provided for guest use if you'd like to freshen up the pool between professional service visits.

NON-SMOKING POLICY: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property or on the premises, including the garden and outdoor areas. If you wish to smoke, please do so on the street, away from the house.
