Welcome to your newly remodeled mid-term rental, located in the lovely and quiet neighborhood of La Quinta. Also commonly known as the gem of the desert. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is perfect for those on sabbatical, snowbirds, traveling nurses, or transitioning travelers! Enjoy your own private pool and spa in the backyard, where you can enjoy a nice swim or relax with a good book by our built-in gas fire pit. At night, you can sit back and relax while stargazing and enjoy some of the best night skies you’ll ever see. Don’t be surprised to see a few shooting stars in the sky or even a meteor shower!

The house has a two-car garage with an outlet for an electric car charging port, and three parking spots in the driveway, with free parking available on the street. There is a comfy living room area at the entry of the house, with an open concept space to the kitchen and dining room. The living room has a mounted 85” smart TV, so you can enjoy your favorite movies and shows from anywhere in the space. The dining room table is set to comfortably seat eight people. The kitchen is well equipped and should have everything you need. All three sleeping rooms have smart TV’s, shades, charging ports for easy charging of your devices, and closets.

You will be walking distance to a large park that has a playground, sports fields, a water feature, and basketball. There is so much to do and see during your time here, and we want to make sure you enjoy every moment of your stay at La Casita Bonita!

MASTER BEDROOM (bedroom 1): The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a comfortable mattress and pillows. The room also includes a desk, smart TV, private bathroom, walk-in closet, and access to the backyard. The master bedroom also has a private bathroom with a double vanity and step-in shower.

BIG ROOM AND GYM (bedroom 2): The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with a comfortable mattress and pillows. The room also includes a workout space that includes a rower, bench, mat, and dumbbells. The smart TV is perfect for workout videos, or kick back and relax in the comfortable queen bed and watch your shows and movies.

SMALL ROOM/OFFICE (bedroom 3): The third bedroom/office has a twin trundle bed that has a second twin bed you can easily pull out and tuck back in when not in use. The room also includes a desk and smart TV.

GUEST BATHROOM: The guest bathroom has a floating vanity and step-in shower.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator with water filter and ice maker, stove/oven, dishwasher, dishware/flatware, cooking basics, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, air fryer, and instant pot. Plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, and eating utensils are all provided.

GENERAL: High-speed (fiber 1 gig) internet and excellent Wi-Fi coverage; (NEST) central A/C and heating; linens and towels; in-unit washer and dryer; laundry detergent; trash bags; paper towels; hair dryer; complimentary toiletries; iron and iron board. Games are also provided inside and outside to make sure you have a great time wherever you are.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Furnished patio and pool areas, private outdoor pool and spa, pool floaties and towels, a built-in gas fire pit, and a charcoal BBQ grill.

LOCATION: The house is just minutes away from markets, restaurants, theaters, yoga studios, and did I mention it’s just minutes away from the famous Indian Wells Tennis Gardens and golf courses? You can choose to drive, walk, bus, or bike to almost anywhere. Enjoy the lovely views along the way!

COVID-19 UPDATE: The house is cleaned and disinfected between each stay in accordance with government and VRBO guidelines. All guests must agree to follow county, state, and federal guidelines regarding the current pandemic protocol.

Other things to note:
Pets are not allowed on the property due to severe allergies.

Please note that the house is not child-proofed.

Cleaning services are conducted once a month and are included in rental pricing.

Gardener: Thursdays.

Trash and recycling pick up: Fridays.

Pool Service: Two times weekly (Mon and Thur). During the colder months, you have the option to heat the pool for an additional $75/ night. This can be added to a reservation at any time prior to arrival, as it takes 7-8 hours to get it up to temperature. Spa heating is complimentary.

As to the nature of 31 days or more, we may require additional paperwork to be signed and agreed upon and confirmations of identification.

We have five actively recording outdoor cameras that record the driveway, the front yard, and the backyard, which record video and audio. There is also a smart home device on the front door that records video and audio. All devices are on the exterior of the property.
