«On the plus side: - Good standard on the apartment - Clean - Very good shower - Friendly staff - Good location and La Condesa in walking distance - You can get a late check out if you pay a fee. Things to think about: - Hotel is located just by an Avenida with heavy traffic. However sound insulation have been made. «When I arrived the door wouldn’t open so I contacted the host and he said that I had canceled the stay which was completely false. He told me that he refunded me and that there was no vacancy for the apartment. If I had canceled the day of my arrival he would have never refunded me my money so it was him who canceled, probably double booked for more money. I had to find a new place and didn’t get there until after 9pm. Wasted the whole afternoon. »
