The accommodation
"La Pinède du Mitan" is a private villa of 150 m2 authentic, quiet, on a wooded plot of 2500 m2, with a large heated swimming pool, ideally located in the heart of the vineyards between the villages of La Motte and Le Muy at the famous Provencal market, near the Golf.
Its exceptional location offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the Rocher de Roquebrune.

The 5-room villa can accommodate 8 people. It can be accessed by the porch of 3 steps or by the inclined plane at the back of the villa. On the first floor, it is composed of 3 terraces, a separate kitchen which opens onto a double living-dining room equipped for 8 people, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 with WC and 2 separate WC.

It ideally accommodates 1 or 2 families.

The large garden is landscaped so that everyone can find rest and fun. Swings, bowling alleys, etc. are at your disposal.

The 12x5m private swimming pool is composed of a first pool 1.2m deep and a second with a large pool 2.2m deep. It is enclosed, secured by a locked gate and an alarm. It has internal lighting that makes it attractive day and night.

The relaxation area is equipped with sun loungers, sun loungers, a parasol and hammocks. Garden furniture will welcome you to extend the evening.

A large uncovered terrace overlooks the swimming pool. It is equipped with a 4x3m electric awning to shade a table for 8 people.

The four-bed room is furnished with two single beds with 90 bunk beds and a bed with 140 beds. It is equipped with large cupboards.
The third bedroom overlooks the pool. It has a 140 cm bed, a large wardrobe and a dresser.

The first bathroom is equipped with a sink, a bidet, a bathtub, a heated towel rail and storage spaces (magnifying mirror, hairdryer, etc.).
The second bathroom is equipped with a sink, a bathtub with shower, a heated towel rail and a toilet.
2 toilets are separate.

A laundry room equipped with washing machine, fridge-freezer, ice maker, ironing board and iron, gathers all the cleaning products at height away from children.
