Step inside to a bright, airy open-concept layout where large windows draw your eyes immediately to the jaw-dropping views of San Diego. The living room features a plush sectional sofa, smart TV, and a grand piano — perfect for quiet evenings or entertaining. Outside, there are three separate and unique spaces; the backyard oasis, a quiet porch under a 70 yr old Plumeria Tree, and a private balcony with cushioned seating just off the living room offers the perfect perch to watch the colors change across the hills as the sun sets over San Diego.
Kitchen With a View 🍳
The kitchen is a dream come true for anyone who loves to cook or entertain. You’ll find stainless steel appliances throughout, including a massive refrigerator and freezer, gas oven and stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a Keurig Duo coffee maker for morning rituals. A movable butcher block island provides extra prep space, and the view from the kitchen is so stunning, doing dishes won’t even feel like a chore.

- Bedroom 2: Another king-size bed awaits, with the same high-end bedding and its own smart TV for late-night lounging.
- Bedroom 3: A cozy space with a queen bed and a dedicated work-from-home setup including a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and laser printer — ideal for digital nomads or remote workers.
In addition to the dedicated office space, you'll find two more desks throughout the home, making it easy for multiple people to work or study without crowding, and a twin size double tall air mattress is available for guest use as well.

To ensure your convenience and security, our home is equipped with a smart system and a front door accessed by a code and smart lock. The code and all relevant details for your arrival will be provided through the booking platform on the morning of check-in. There is a two car garage as well as plenty of free street parking throughout the neighborhood.

The home comes with a garage, that fits one car with access to an EV charger (not suitable for Tesla vehicles), and you're also welcome to park on the street in front of the home where parking is plentiful. It takes about 15-20 minutes to get anywhere in San Diego from the home by car. Alternative transportation options are Lyft, Uber or the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System (Orange and Green lines are within 5 minutes of the home). 🚘
