It was okay we have stayed there twice, because the price is reasonable, however you get what you pay for, in this case, we encountered cockroaches, one in the bathroom and one in the bed. For this reason we will not stay there anymore. We liked the location and did not mind that it is outdated, everything worked okay. Too bad, that they have not kept up the maintenance, there was some garbage outside that was not picked up.It did not bother us however, it can be for other folks.

The staff were very accommodating and very polite but this place is very run down and old. A lot of people seem sketchy here..not the staff but some of the tenants. Also it’s very inconvenient to access, it’s right by the freeway so it’s confusing to get here, especially if you’re not from San Diego. I’m not a very big fan of the location. If you need a really cheap place to stay I would suggest this place though

I called the hotel to let them know I would be arriving late; with that call I was hold for about 2 minutes. When I arrived to the check n window, I was told they were in the middle of "shift change" and had to wait. I stood in the cold for about 5 minutes. The room needed more blankets' phone call made to reception, no answer. Had to walk down to front office again and was provide with one. I would not stay there anymore.

First of all , the place is very hard to get to and I drive for a living. Secondly , the place is totally unsafe for me , let alone for a battered woman with 2 small children whom I helped check in and paid additional $50 “ deposit “ was promised that I would get it back upon check out but never got it back at all. One of the staff looked like that she had just arrived from a rehab. I will never recommend this “ hotel / Motel “ to any one.

The area is prone to transits and working girls. Scarry to say the least. Have stayed here in the past and hoped it may have changed for the better. But no and now pay twice what it used to be. Would never stay here again and would never recommend to friends.
