Villa Lucio welcomes you in La Londe les Maures in a 140 m² villa that can accommodate up to 6 people. You have 3 bedrooms: a master suite with a double bed and private bathroom, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a third bedroom with 2 single beds. The villa offers 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped private kitchen. Air conditioning is available in the living room, as well as Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a television, a fan, a washing machine, a baby bed, and a high chair for families with young children.



Enjoy your private outdoor pool with beach area and outdoor shower. The villa, situated on an elevated spot, offers panoramic views of the sea and the Porquerolles islands from your private terraces, both covered and uncovered. A large dining terrace, sheltered from the sun, allows you to enjoy meals outdoors with your private barbecue.



Parking includes 2 spaces on the property as well as shared spaces on the street. Pets are allowed. Events are not permitted.



The villa is located very close to the Valcros International Golf Course and offers step-free indoor access. Please note that a separate apartment, located in the lower part of the villa, is occupied year-round, with no direct view into your accommodation. Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented on request and are available for an extra fee.
