PRIVATE POOL, GREEN SURROUNDINGS
The swimming pool is reserved for your group and sits beside the wooden deck. There is ladder access into the pool. Outdoor seating and the covered dining and barbecue area give you places to gather while enjoying the setting. Arenal Volcano and Cerro Chato give the home its name; visibility depends on weather and cloud cover. Wildlife sightings are variable too.

THREE BEDROOMS AND THREE BATHROOMS
The home sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms:
• Bedroom 1 - Main Room: one king bed, a wooden feature wall and a sitting area with rocking chairs.
• Bedroom 2 - Upstairs Room: one queen bed, with a sliding glass door beside the covered outdoor area.
• Bedroom 3 - Downstairs Room: one bed, wooden ceiling beams and a glass door facing greenery.

Each bedroom has air conditioning and a private bathroom. The home's two-level layout includes an upstairs bedroom, upper balcony areas and stairs. Consider those stairs when choosing rooms for anyone who has difficulty with steps. Children need adult supervision around the pool, deck and balconies.

MEALS AT HOME, DAYS OUT AT YOUR OWN PACE
The kitchen and indoor dining area make breakfast before a tour or dinner together part of the stay. Large windows bring the surroundings into the shared space, and the covered outdoor dining area offers another setting for meals. Wi-Fi and a TV are available.

A BASE NEAR LA FORTUNA
The house is on a private farm about five minutes by car from downtown La Fortuna. Restaurants and groceries can fit around your plans. The waterfall, hot springs, hanging bridges and volcano-area activities are separate outings, with travel times depending on the destination, route and traffic.
