Welcome to the cottage "Le Poumatou".
Come and discover our stone farmhouse in the heart of the Périgord Noir, completely renovated, mixing the old and the modern and can accommodate 7 people.
Ideal for holidays with family or friends, our cottage offers a beautiful living space with its typical "cantou" of the region and its stone floor.
It is located less than 10 minutes from the city center of Terrasson and less than 30 minutes from the main tourist sites (Lascaux, Sarlat, Saint Amand de Coly, Turenne, Lac du Causse....).
Its park of more than 4500 m2 offers multiple possibilities: terrace with garden furniture, SPA in an outbuilding, outdoor dining area in the shade of the lime tree to meet up for a drink or to dine around a barbecue, playground including trampoline, slide, hut, volleyball or badminton court etc.....
The cottage comprises on the first floor:
• a very well equipped authentic kitchen (induction, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle...) and a dining area
• a living room with sofas and a large television.
• A master bedroom with its private shower room
• A separate toilet
Upstairs three spaces:
• An air-conditioned bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, a dresser and a wardrobe.
• An air-conditioned bedroom with two 90 cm twin single beds, a 90 cm single bed, a dresser and a wardrobe.
• A mezzanine with television, sofa and reading area.
• A bathroom with shower, washbasin, washing machine and WC
In a stone and wood annex you can relax thanks to a relaxation area with a large 7-seater SPA open all year round.
