Double queen suite was very comfortable and spacious for our family’s stay. Close to downtown and the river, lots to walk to. Beds very comfortable. Pool and hot tub nice- a bit small but we loved hanging out there regardless. Easy check in and check out.

Location was great, just a few blocks from the La Crosse Center. Swimming pool was tiny and the fitness room was very small with quite limited equipment. Fortunately, the area is great for outdoor running.

This is a very nice hotel. The lobby is awesome. The pool is nice. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is likely the worst breakfast I have ever seen at any hotel I have stayed at. The selection not only sucks, but what little was there ran out long before breakfast ended. There was no milk for the cereal, no gravy for the biscuits, no peanut butter/jelly packets for the toast and the juice ran out. This breakfast was really, really bad. When we asked the attendent about these items he said he ran out.

Really like the hospitality the room was very comfortable. If I had anything negative to say it would be the room needs a little upgrading the shower nozzle was ready to come off and the carpeting had a feet smell other than that everything was great nothing to complain about.

Inside the hotel is nice. It's clean the rooms are clean. It's a bit dated, not bad at all. Across the road is the fest grounds. It's at the end of the street, close to the Freight House, a little walk to downtown. We have stayed here multiple times. Decent breakfast.

The walls are paper thin. Listened to couple having sex all night. Homeless guy took bath in hot tub so my girls could not use it.

Thank you for your comments, Alyson! Our front desk is staffed 24 hours a day, and we are happy to make sure everyone is being mindful of other guests staying with us. No one likes noisy neighbors.Our pool and spa area are accessible by key card only. It wouldn't be impossible, but if a vagrant was in that area, a guest would have had to let them in. We are so terribly sorry that you were not able to fully enjoy the amenities. We do everything we possibly can to ensure non- guests are not on or in the hotel grounds. I liked the layout of our room. The studio suite had more amenities than I expected. It was quiet & comfortable. I didn't like the rate increase for the second night stay though.

Overall good for a one night stay. Rooms locks and doors are unsafe, pillows had hair on them(glad I brought my own) and random people standing around front of the building that definitely were not there for the hotel stay. Pool dirty as can be and weight room was the size of a small bathroom. Not worth the money unless you want to save a buck but definitely advise spending the extra at a different hotel.

Good value
Arrived for our one night stay in the early evening. Room was great but we noticed the ice maker was making a loud sound intermittently. Will at the front desk found us another room quickly and was so helpful! Very quiet room, comfortable bed. Love the suite layout. The coffee maker didn’t work but we got coffee at the breakfast bar. Food was average but there was plenty of it. Overall very nice value. Will stay here again.

Room had a nice set up but in poor condition. No hangers, no dishes or silverware. Bathroom door was cracked and had a hole in it, cracked tile on bathroom floor.

It appeared that the hotel was well short of capacity. Our room was excellent, the pool and hot tub were clean and convenient. Staff was friendly and available. I had breakfast at 9:50 and not all items were available (no eggs or sausage).

The hotel and surrounding property was beautiful and well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional and very personable. I also liked the fact they are so accepting and accommodating with regard to pets. My grandson was getting a serious hospital procedure done tomorrow. So we found a hotel near the hospital, where family and his dog could join him for the night before. It allowed us all to laugh and have some fun memories before the big event. Thank you for the great experience.

Not as clean as previous times we've stayed here. No daily room service unless you request it. This is not the fault of the hotel, but a very large homeless camp has been permitted by the city to be stablished in the beautiful walking area adjacent to the property.

Vents were full of mold. There was no happy medium with the temperature in the room....either freezing or very hot. Room was very dusty. Strings on floor so it appears it wasn't vacuumed. We set out laudry to be exchanged and it was never picked up, so we didn’t get fresh towels. Internet was extremely slow. Overall experience is a 2 out 5.

This hotel was the perfect location for the event that we visited LaCrosse for. Staff was great. Pool could have been larger. Enjoyed having a kitchenette and two individual bedrooms. No fan in the bathroom was a surprise.

This is not the first time staying and would return again. the place is nice for a weekend in La Crosse . There could be some upgrades but spacious , friendly and clean . The Breakfast was good .
