We have the facilities to accommodate large families or groups up to 10 people. The house has plenty of storage space to make your stay comfortable.

This house is ideal for large families or groups. Why?
The sun bathes the terrace of the breakfast in the morning has the aperitif in the evening.
Private parking (6 parking spaces) facilitates the return of shopping or the market and avoids the eternal problem of looking for parking to access the beach.
The beach of Les Prises is barely 200 m away: walking with children is very convenient.
We also have parking space for bicycles .

The beach of Les Prises is a sandy beach. Note that it is very quiet in summer because of low frequency. At high tide and at low tide, there are no rocks and you can always swim there, which is quite rare in île de ré.

With a garden of 10000m2, you immediately forget the summer crowd.

Pets admitted after agreement of the renter.

Access less than 200 m from the beautiful beach of Les Prises. Our house is located between the three villages of La Couarde, Loix and Ars. You are spoiled for choice to choose your walk or your bike ride. If you love open spaces and nature to spend holidays with family or friends, our house is the place for you.
Mandatory cleaning at the end of stay (invoice in addition).
Sheets rental is possible with the company loclinge (sheets not included in the price).
Please note that a tourist tax is mandatory between April 1st and September 30th.
