This 30 m² flat with mountain views in La Bresse can accommodate up to 4 people (ideal for 2 adults and 2 children). Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a 26 m² living room, fitted kitchen, bedroom, bathroom (with bath) and balcony. Wifi (fibre optic) included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 26 m² living room with TV, sofa and alcove with bunk bed, ideal for children.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, Ninja Air Fryer... etc.
- One bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with bath and shower head
- A separate WC

A raclette machine, a pancake maker and a hairdryer are available for your convenience during your stay.

Outside:
- A west-facing balcony with uninterrupted views over the valley, with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.

Neighbourhood:
The flat is located in the ‘Hameau des Chaumes’ condominium, which is quietly situated on the hillside, giving you a view of the town and the valley. The building in which the flat is located is at the end of a dead-end road, so you'll find it easy to park. You'll be a 5-minute walk from the town centre and supermarket, and a 15-minute walk from the leisure centre (swimming pool, bowling alley).

What to do :
La Bresse, in the Hautes Vosges, is a tourist resort for summer and winter sports. The village has been awarded the ‘Famille Plus Montagne’ label. In summer and winter alike, the Vosges offers a multitude of activities and leisure pursuits:

In summer :
- Over 250 km of waymarked footpaths and 200 km of mountain bike trails, Lac des Corbeaux, Lac de Lispach, pike, carp, perch and trout fishing...
- Adventure park, paragliding, bungee jumping, summer sledging, trial...
- Visits: confectionery, clog-making, Gérardmer (20 minutes away), Alsace villages and vineyards (Colmar 1 hour away).

In winter :
- Downhill skiing: 3 ski areas including La Bresse-Hohneck (10 minutes' drive from the flat), the largest ski area in the Vosges.
- Two other small family resorts: Lispach (6 runs) and Brabant (3 runs).
- Cross-country skiing: Lispach Nordic ski area: 50 km of runs for all levels, 40 km of snowshoe circuits, international biathlon stadium, floodlit track, toboggan runs, ice rink.

Transport :
If you come by car, you can park for free in the public parking spaces located in the residence.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- TGV Est at Remiremont 22 km away, then bus service.
- During the school holidays, there is a free shuttle service between the village and the ski slopes.

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- Free WiFi available (fibre optics).
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
