Your accommodation is located in the village and only 230m from the beach and the large "Sea Water Plan". The 50m² apartment is located in a small co-ownership. On the ground floor, you have a master suite with a double bed, dressing room, shower room and independent WC. A sofa bed in the living room allows you to accommodate up to 4 people.



Upstairs, the open kitchen overlooking the TV lounge provides access to the 15m² wooden terrace without overlooking, with outdoor furniture and parasol. The fitted kitchen is equipped with induction hobs, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a citrus press, a raclette appliance, and all necessary kitchen equipment. An independent toilet completes the rental. For maximum comfort, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an electric barbecue, an ironing table and iron are also provided. You have a private and covered parking space.
