Ideal for 6 to 10 people, this large house with 4 bedrooms and a mezzanine is bright and pleasant to live in winter and summer.
Each window overlooks a green setting, increasingly rare in La Baule.

A large living room with comfortable sofas around the wood stove that heats the whole house. A large modern and fully equipped open kitchen (appliances and all utensils left at the disposal of travellers). A bedroom and a bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower, a pantry with recent washing machine and dryer complete the first floor, easy to access (only one works from 7cm at the entrance of the house).

Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, and a mezzanine library that can be used as a games room or as an additional bed for 2 people.
Office spaces allowing you to isolate yourself to work.

Two large terraces as an extension of the living room to enjoy the outdoors at different times of the day, overlooking a large garden with trees, semi-fenced with a swing frame, a large trampoline (unprotected), a basketball hoop and a football goal.

Everything you need for a great holiday! Only 5 minutes by car from the town centre and the large beach of La Baule (or 20 minutes walk through the forest of Escoublac).
Close to all amenities on foot in the pretty village of Escoublac (mini-market, distributor, newsagent, bakery, butcher, wine shop; greengrocers and fishmonger in the morning on the church square).PGJyPg
Electric bike rental in the village and by the sea (Avenue Mazy and Avenue Lajarrige)
