This large villa, perfectly arranged, is divided into three independent rental units rented together to offer you the perfect balance between shared moments and privacy. Located just 3 minutes from the port of Fromentine (departure point for Île d'Yeu) and at the foot of the Noirmoutier bridge, it is the ideal starting point for exploring the Vendée coast with a large group.

The villa consists of three distinct living spaces, allowing it to accommodate up to 12 people:



-On the upper floor – "The Forest" (80 m²): The heart of the villa with a huge modern living space, a living room with a wood stove, a large dining room and a separate kitchen. It has two large bedrooms (180X190 and 160X200 beds), a bathroom with shower and a vast terrace with awning. Wifi included in this space.



-On the ground floor front – "La Dune" (40 m²): A spacious 2-room apartment with all amenities including a cozy living room, an induction kitchen and a huge bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and bunk beds (90x190). It opens onto a beautiful private terrace with deck chairs.



-On the ground floor rear – "The Lighthouse" (40 m²): A second large 2-room apartment in absolute peace and quiet with equipped kitchen, lounge area, and a spacious bedroom (160x200 double bed + 90x190 bunk beds). It benefits from a bathroom with bathtub and a zen garden with synthetic grass.
