«I didn't get to see much of the hotel as I got really sick from food poisoning (something I ate at the airport). When I finally made it downstairs in the morning to ask if I could keep the room longer, the staff personally took me to the emergency. Stayed with me and helped me for hours, then drove me to the airport. I can't say anything about breakfast or rest of the hotel, but it was the best service and kindest people I can think of. Saved my trio and last day in Peru. If it wasn't for them, ...

«Free airport transportation was offered, the included transportation was the lady running the place showing up at the airport and would walk you to the hotel, which took 15 minutes. Area unsafe for tourists during night time. Noicy rooms, the building is under renovation and was quite dirty. Nice lady running the place, but she did"nt understand english. Ok for backpackers, not for adults that need a bit more comfort for a ok night. »

My room was clean and comfortable with soap and towels in the bathroom, stable and good wifi, and I also got a free bottle of water. «The staff were mostly nice and service-minded, except for one receptionist that seemed a little hostile, but not too much. The hotel did however seem a bit worn and was extremely noisy. Not only were there no insulation from the street and bars outside, the hotel was also under renovation. It sounded like they were tearing down walls in the floor above mine. This was so extreme that I could not stay inside the room while it was going on. I got no information about this before booking thr hotel, ...

«Hotellet var pent og rent. Personalet var veldig varierende, men i hovedsak ikke spesielt hyggelige. Det var veldig kaldt og fuktig på rommet. Det fantes ingen oppvarmingsmuligheter, selv om nettsiden sier dette. Vi var også nødt til å betale "tips" for frokost og rydding av hotellrom, selv om dette skulle være inkludert i prisen. Det var ikke valgfritt å betale dette beløpet, eller størrelsen på beløpet. Beløpet var på ca. 17 dollar.»
