«Nice area but the hotel itself needs some serious updating. Really didn't converse with the staff but they seemed attentive when in conversation with guests. Price was really reasonable. It's a no frills place to stay, breakfast must be paid for. No free continental breakfast. »

«Great price for the area. Pools were clean. Bar staff were friendly. Everything we needed was within walking distance or a short drive. Beach was great. Free breakfast was delicious and helpful. »

«We arrived on a Saturday early in the day. There were problems with the hot water all through the weekend. We were nicely taken care of on Monday as they moved us to another building. Having said that, we think they need to have a more immediate response to addressing the issue at hand for the comfort and experience of their customers.»

«I had asked for a room higher up fir the view. They put me on the 2nd floor with the pool right outside my patio and the parking lot and pool pumps on the other side. Loud was an understatement. The young lady that checked me in said I see you requested top floors but we put you on the 2nd floor. One call to the desk from that room and we were switched to the 9th floor. We had no kids with us and booked months in advance. Just not sure why we were put on the 2nd floor to begin with. We ...

«Very nice property. Easy access to the beach. Close to a Walmart grocery store. Within 5-20 mins driving distance of shopping and other activities. Few issues with the condo we stayed in. The living room balcony door was hard to open and close. Had to lift up on the door to open/close. No screens on the balcony doors. Last year, My wife and I stayed with friends in another condo at the property with no issues.»
