Could have been five points...
Very good location, very good view. Very good breakfast, very polite luggage guy who help with luggage. But a full score in taken down by reception. We hadd gifts that had to be stored cold. Refridgerator in room did not work so we asked reception if hotell could store for us in kitchen. They where just laughing at us and where arrogant and not helpfull. So one star for help from reception, five star for the others. A total score of three. Management have some work to do with reception. A total impression is never better than the lowest performance.

Ok hotel with great location. Their big problem is their service level. The staff is very young and they lack experience in the service industry. The heating system did not work (As usual)

New, great hotel. All very modern and fresh. Good breakfast. Big minus is the open bathroom solution. At least when travelling with a friend you want privacy. (Shower/toilet separated by a light sliding door, rest is open to the room.)

I have nothing to fault this wonderful hotel. Great location, friendly staff, rooms are tasteful and new, bed is comfortable, gym is a decent size for the few guests that use it.

This is a solid business class hotel in a very good location for just about any purpose you'd be in Kyiv. I've stated there 5 times in the last 12 months but there are some things lacking. The towels are pretty low quality and the edges of every towel on this recent stay were frayed due to age (except 1). That's inexcusable at a hotel at this level. Get new towels. Second, I had to ask for a replacement laundry bag for two days at the front desk. Phone to front desk didn't work despite complaining a couple times and when request was made in person it was forgotten. Will probably stay again due to location but I had to check out due to an unanticipated trip extension, the didn't have rooms supposedly andcthe new hotel is a step above for sure in service and quality. After stayung in the new hotel a few days Skyloft may have lost me

Kindly be informad that we hav checked your reservation. When you've checked in you paid full amount for your accommodation. Extra charge for Smoking (in the room) fee you've paid while check out. Unfortunatelly, due to hotel policy and Ukrainian legislation it is not allowed to smoke inside buildings especially in hotel rooms. These rules are specified in the guest's registration cards which are signed by guests upon check in. Very modern stay, close to major shopping centre
Very clean experience. The staff is bilingual, friendly and professional. The hotel is not exactly in the historical part of Kyiv (still walking distance) and it seems more business-oriented. However, it is a fine stay for vacationing if you like the modern vibe and high-rise lifestyle.
