Et meget hyggelig og rent hotell, sentral beliggen
Meget bra og sentralt for mitt besøk i Kiev. god parkering og huggelig personell. Frokosten var ok. vil nok bruke dette hotellet flere ganger i fremtiden.

Hotelpersonal sehr nett und hilfsbereit, englischsprachiges Personal immer verfügbar. Flughafenabhol- und bringservice perfekt organisiert, gegen kleinen Aufpreis auch späterer Checkout möglich. Frühstücksraum klein, Angebot aber mehr als ausreichend, auch bei Ernährungeinschränkungen. Im bis 23:00 Uhr geöffneten Cafe können auch außerhalb der Frühstückszeit Speisen bestellt werden. Lage etwas außerhalb, jedoch in Laufnähe einer Metrostation, auf dem Weg liegt auch ein 24-Stunden-Supermarkt.

This is an excellent hotel for the money. A breakfast buffet was included in the price in addition to a transfer to and from the airport which made things much easier. The hotel itself is a modern business style hotel which has everything you need for a short break. It's also worth mentioning that the hotel was immaculately clean throughout. In addition, special thanks must go to Anna on reception who ensured my transfer found me upon arrival at the airport when I struggled to locate them. She rang me multiple times to keep me informed and to assist me in finding my driver who ultimately met me in person at the terminal. The service delivered here was above and beyond what was expected so many thanks!

Third time's not a charm :-(
This was my third time at this hotel. Stayed here in 2017, 2018, and 2019. In 2019 the price went up almost by 50%, but what is most disappointing is that it turns out that I no longer qualify for free airport transfer, because according to front-desk "you booked with discount, so you have to pay for the transfer". So I ended up paying an extra 38% and without any receipts! The hotel clearly penalizes you for using Hotels.com booking instead of direct reservation on their website. Even looking up a reservation that is made through Hotels.com has been a challenge at this hotel: it always takes a lot of time for some reason. During previous years there was a decent spacious vehicle branded with Raziotel logo, etc. This time it was a tiny unmarked car which could not even fit 2 suitcases. Moreover, to keep the trunk open when loading a suitcase the driver literally used a stick made from a tree branch. The second suitcase had to travel on the back seat. Air conditioning was centrally switched into heating mode. Temperature in the room was 27C / 80F and the only way to bring it down was to open a window which brought in weird sewage smell and car exhaust from the highway, not to mention the noise. This used to be a great place. Very sad to see how it turned into some shady operation (or is it strange to expect a receipt or an invoice at the end of the stay?) and how badly the service has degraded in just one year. Perhaps time to look for another place close to the airport...

Frühstück sonntags erst ab acht Uhr ist für ein Flughafenhotel etwas spät. Die Auswahl an süßem Brotaufstrich zum Frühstück sehr knapp. Ansonsten alles prima. Flughafenshuttle klappt problemlos und die Metro ist gut in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. In der Umgebung gibt es außer einem 24/7 Supermarkt auf halber Strecke zur Metro absolut nichts. Kein Restaurant, keine Bsr, kein Geschäft. Nur Autohäuser und Tankstellen.

Staff were great, very helpful, all spoke good english too Downstairs cafe was cheep and cheerful, 3 pieces of fetta cheese in my greek salad! The main downside is my own fault really, in that its the wrong side of the river, so abit out of the way Is a metro 5 minutes away, but just a bit of a bind

Sleeping with raw sewage
This is my fourth time at the Raziotel. The prior three times were great. However, the hotel controls the AC in all the rooms. It was a bit warmer than normal and when I tried to turn the air conditioning on in my room it only blew hot air. I told the front desk this and they advised me that the system had been switched over to heat for the winter. She advised me to open my window. Sure thing. Except for some reason around the hotel is the horrible smell of raw sewage. So sleeping with the window open let you feel like you were in a 1-star hotel. I do not plan on staying here again. Sad, because it was a good hotel.

Good afternoon! Thank You for Your feedback and for choosing our hotel. I want to tell You about touristic tax in Kiev - it's 41.73 uah per night. In every city in Ukraine it's different. For example, in Kharkiv it is 83.46 uah per night. So there is a law about city tax and You need to pay in every hotel in Ukraine. Hope, next time it won't suprise You and You'll have better feelings about hotel service. But we'll be glad to welcome You again!

Great bargain, would stay again.
Awesome bargain for the price paid. The best two are the free hot breakfast , which had lots of good selection and and the shuttle to the airport. Staff was helpful and courteous, especially for a 2-3 star hotel.

Booked a double room,and a taxi to meet me at the airport,so I could avoid the illegal taxis touting at the arrival hall,it after several e mails to the property never turned up!! I arrived after sometime,when I questioned the receptionist she looked blank! I asked to see the manager,a woman came out looking dishevelled,stating the taxi waited but left,I asked if he was actually monitoring the flight as we were delayed! She seemed disinterested! Went to my room to find two single beds!!! Went back to reception to complain again,asked for the manager another woman,turned up? Once again told them of my dissatisfaction! Did not seem to care! I asked them to order me a taxi,as I was completely dissatisfied with the whole thing,as I left I was in my taxi,and noticed both women leaving out of their hotel uniform to go off home I suspect! If this is the standard of service that Expedia endorses in there recommendation of properties then I am very sadly disappointed! I was expecting my girlfriend to join me,who arrived earlier to be told no one was booked in my name? The whole trip was completely ruined by two people with no hospitality skills!

Very nice I noticed that hole was not sealed off around the water pipes protruding from wall inside the shower cabin. Hence water leaks inside and can cause water damage and worse electrical shortage.

Nice 3 star hotel not so far from the airport
Everything worked out fine from check-in to check-out. Breakfast was nice and the restaurant OK. When we left for the airport the reception ordered us a taxi and it was free from hotel to the Borispol airport. The hotel is nicely located if you have to leave early to the airport. In general a good experience in all.

Prijs kwaliteit dik in orde.
Prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding van het hotel. Ook de, vooraf, gratis te regelen (lokale) taxi van en naar het vliegveld is goed geregeld. Het hotel zelf zit relatief ver buiten de stad en bezienswaardigheden, en restaurants in de directe nabijheid zijn er niet, maar met de metro (750 meter) en dan 2 of 3 stations is er wel wat te vinden.
