Excellent service
I really like this hotel because it is not to big, staff gives an excellent service and it is clean! Just beware of the minibank right outside the door, my Visa card was skimmed and the day after somebody withdrew money from my account in Thailand. Of course this has nothing to do with the hotel, just a general warning to other customers.

Very nice and cozy hotel, close to everything
Very clean hotel, and friendly and helpful staff who gives you whatever you wish for. Also the friendly doorman makes a stay here very pleasant. I have been here before and I for sure will come back!

All good, across the board. Must visit.
I had a terrific stay. Came early, pre-check in, free upgrade. No problem, no extra charge. Loved my room, enjoyed my stay. Will be back next time in Kiev. Great staff, from the font desk, to the bell-boy, to the waiter asking me if I wanted fresh squeezed juice not once, but twice.

Takes the word service to anoher level
This hotel have no swimmingpool og gym. If this is important find another hotel. Othervice I would recommend this 10 out of 10 times. Staff is so friendly and service minded. Food is nice and the hotel in general is very cool. Location is also good. It takes 10 min to walk down to main street.

Best Hotel in Kyiv

Amazing!
This place is stunning and the rooms are quite large. The service is unbelievable as the front desk staff and the bellmen treat you with the upmost respect. Certainly one of the best cocktails and food at the rooftop bar with 5 star service there too. If you’re coming to Kyiv and can’t afford this hotel at least make a visit to the restaurant.

Ich war drei Nächte mit meiner Tochter in einem sehr schönen, extrem sauberen Zimmer, mit perfektem Essen, hilfsbereitem Personal. Das Zimmer und das ganze Hotel sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Zimmer war perfekt ruhig, man hörte kein Geräusch von aussen und fühlte sich wie zu Hause. Meiner Meinung nach absolut seinen Preis wert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
