Alt i alt et flott hotell, rommene var greie. Flott beliggenhet. Bra restaurant. Sjøutsikt fra restauranten. Skuffet over at de ikke kunne ta imot en skjorte på kvelden kl 21 og ha den klar til 0700 dagen etter. Express levering var først kl 1100. Vet det til neste gang, og vil bo der igjen.

Great escape trip
It was a great stay, friends and family joined us. They had to walk from the lobby parking. But when that was full, I had to go to the further parking to get them. It was enjoyable, would do it again.

It was great but It was too noisy from our next door Nieghbor and I complained twice but nothing was done! It was late at night and that’s what messed up my stay!

Beachside escape that has seen better days
The location of the chalet and proximity to the beach was great. The chalet is old and the interiors are worn down. Bedroom door doesn't close as the wood has expanded due to humidity. There were no face towels or floor towels when we checked in, but they delivered some when I requested for them.

Talk about resting on your laurels! This place used to be very nice a long time ago, but now it just seems to be operating on its name and past glory. The staff is incredibly unhelpful and the property hasn’t really been well maintained. No one seems to know how anything operates and the security guards are down right nasty on a gestapo level. I had an unbelievable check in experience in which they refused to let me stay in the ‘family film’ which I had booked as one adult and two children. I was told that I could not check in without my wife (I’m divorced) and had to sit through a twenty minute embarrassing ordeal with my children around me. I was offered a downgrade for 50% more per night - not kidding! Finally after a lot of loud protest they caved and gave me the originally booked room, but with no apology and as though they were doing ME a favor. Needless to say the experience was completely marred at that point. I’ll never return and would others to avoid the hotel too.

This was the last time I will book a stay at this property. It’s old and unkept!Ventilation is horrible. The beds are terrible and in need of replacement. Only stayed long enough to to make contact with friends and left the property for a good nights rest elsewhere.

I had been a regular patron of Kuwait Hilton Resort from 2007 through 2011; the overall facility is showing signs of neglect and normal decay as a result of age. Hilton Resot Kuwait needs a modernization/renovation to take place very soon. It use to be rated as a five star facility, now it's barely a a good four star facility. Look to Dubai for suggestions on how to improve.
