Features include a king bedroom, queen bedroom, comfortable living space, and a private backyard patio with outdoor dining for up to 6 guests. Enjoy beach days, walkable attractions, and laid-back island living all in one spot.

- Close to all outdoor activities CB area has to offer: fishing, boating, biking, surfing, kayaking, and deep sea charters. Short drive to historic Ft. Fisher and the NC Aquarium. - Downtown Wilmington and ILM Airport only 45 mins away!



Other Things to Note:

We also supply the following for each property: A starter kit of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, a trash bag, and dish soap. We also supply laundered bed linens, comforters, and 1 bathing towel and wash cloth per person. We do not supply any beach gear or beach towel. We have great rental companies on the island we would be more than happy to share the info with you. We also do not supply laundry detergent, body soap or shampoo/conditioner as we find everyone has their own preferences for these =) Please review our house rules prior to your stay.
