Et flott hotell rett ved stranden. Smilende og trivelig betjening. God og variert frokost. Litt dyrt å spise på hotellet, men det finnes en rekke andre restauranter over gaten dersom man føler for det. Store fine rom, flott bassengområde. Litt langt fra sentrum, men drosje er billig og lett å skaffe.

Vi hadde et flott opphold her, det første rom vi fikk i 3 etasje på resepsjonssiden luktet det mugg så vi byttet rom til den andre siden og det var helt topp. gode store rom og gode senger. Nydelig buffet. flott bassengområde men litt tungvindt om du skulle ha noe å drikke v/ bassenget så måtte du selv gå inn i resturanten å bestille. Hadde verdens beste massasje på Spa. jeg har hatt utrolig mye massasje før og er selv massør så dette var bare helt topp. Hyggelige folk. litt mye bølger i sjøen og langgrundt. ellers en kjempefin lang ren strand.

Dejlig badehotel nord for Kuantan
Hotellet ligger ca. 25 min kørsel nord for Kuantan. Det er svært høy standard på hotellet. Likedan er restauranter og Spa ganske dyrt. Det er masse billige restauranter rett ut for hotellet som kan prøves hvis man vil leve litt billigere. Egen strand. Vi reiste 2 voksne og 3 barn.

Scene is very good, but room’s AC is not ice cold. Sometimes good to go, and in the middle of night just stop working. Only issue that bummed the trip.

The hospitality received was 5 star. The all the staff were quick, friendly, helpful and responsible of their work. Keep on the good work. The room was comfortable. Although the bathroom could have a better shower head, probably a bit modern looking ones. Bed and pillow as comfortable. TV have good selection of channels. Breakfast buffet was good too. The selection was good but can be better, especially the choices of fruits, and if you have those type of coffee machine that have selection of latte, cappucino, etc, would be better.

First and Last Memorable Trip
Bath-tub was dirty and had hair inside when I checked in, informed housekeeping to clean and the housekeeper was not wearing a mask, took a dirty towel to clean it. After that requested for a change of room. The pillows were too soft and not good to sleep on, dust were everywhere inside every corner of the cupboards, hair dryer was not working (maintenance came to change the wiring), curtains had blackout on one side and not the other, causing the morning sun to be shining bright into the room, worst experience ever. However the hotel was good outside and the pool was good as well. Quite an old hotel.

Beach Safety ; Vaccination Status Check
This was my 3rd or 4th times staying in this hotel, I have two concerns on my last stay 1. (ATV) Guests who rented this service are recklsessly riding the vehicle by the beach and more terribly, the parents allowed their young kids to monouver the bike. It gives discomfort due to loud sound of exhaust and most importantly safety of family with kids which exposed with speedy bike by the beach. We need to stop our kids from running around freely. They should provide proper off-road tracks suit with atv activities. Free-riding is dangerous 2. (Covid-19 complete vacc. check) Through out 3 days of my stay, NON OF THE STAFF ASK FOR MY VACC. STATUS. starting from check in and out, this is compulsory SOP required by the KKM in order for the hotel to operate their service. There was no assurance the guests of the hotel are secured with complete jabs. Previous hotel I stayed in Penang, one staff assigned just to check on the vacc. status, entrances and cafe. 3. (Finesse) I checked in and out almost everyday of my carrier as airlines crew and I know the procedures of the house should provide medical assistance for the guests whom in needed, just prepare few pieces of paracetamol in case in the middle of the night, shops are close, you get what I mean? Rather than just say "Tak Ada" okay? Hotel please take note Thank you

Had to wait more than an hour to check in when arrive at 5pm!! Check in is after 3pm. I understand the room was not ready yet because not enough workers. All were working tirelessly and front desk staff were facing frustrated and angry guests. Should not have accepted so many guests if short of workers.

Unfortunate stay
This hotel has a poor condition because it is not maintained properly. We arrived and they gave us a dirty room, bed sheets had stains and hair on the pillow. They put us on a smoking floor even we have an infant with us. The floor was really dirty and they didn't provide slippers. The room seems like a really Jurassic motel. Hotels can be old, but this one is really dirty they didn't clean properly or maybe they didn't clean at all. Seems they didn't prepare for someone to check-in. Under the bed were full of dust and dirt. The safe wasn't working, the toilet had some marks that it was used and not cleaned. I called the reception that day to please transfer us to another room, a clean one because was a really dirty room. but the staff just say no cannot. , then we shower, and the bathtub was clogged, water not going down. And I booked this hotel because they have a bathtub coz we really wanted to relax. but unfortunately, we just feel really stress coz of disappointment. The breakfast was also sad. we came at 9 am and there were no fruits, no omelette, and the taste of the food was not good. They have local breakfast. I feel like the Chef didn't have love to cook. good thing there were cereals. BUT I have to thank the manager on duty the next day, Rakish I think, he was good. He helped us to get a clean room and even provided us with a baby cot. He was nice and effective. The kids play facility and gym was good.
