Great new hotel in Kuala Lumpur.
Got an upgrade to a junior corner suite including lounge access. I can highly recommend this hotel. Very nice room and perfect service. Great food too.

It was a lovely stay. Well located. The new Pavilion is literally 2 min walk away and local food is available in the malls. The other mall is DC. MRT is just a few minutes walk within the Pavilion building. After I left the hotel to the airport, I realized that I left my Tiffany bracelet on the bedside table and might have knocked it on to the floor when I reached out for the phone in the night. Called the hotel, the manager, Akma promised me that he will check my room and he found my bracelet and kept it till I send a friend to collect it a few days later after I have left. The service is far and beyond particularly, Alma’s!

綺麗なホテルです。 ただアナウンスがなく、いきなりメンテナンスでお湯が出なくなったのはシャワーを浴びれなくて困りました。 清掃も、タオルを一部替えてくれなかったり、バスローブは替えてくれたけれど紐がなかったり、ゴミを捨ててくれなかったり、なくなったティッシュの補充がされなかったり…と細かくあげればキリがないほど気になるところがありました。 プールもジムも綺麗でゆったりしていますが、サウナの温度が低すぎて使えなかったのも残念でした。 スタッフの方達は、皆んな笑顔で親切だっただけにホントに残念でした。

Hotel was lovely with fantastic facilities. Location was not very central but there is a train station very close by. Lobby bar staff and housekeeping were great but check in and restaurant staff were not as attentive.

Quite good Hotel.
It was cleaned the room and toilet and a king bed was comfortable. I am recommening this hotel as a business trip. But there is still a lot of construction going on outside this hotel. The road is also blocked, so you have to turn around to enter.

Awesome Stay
It had been a long time since 2019 since I stayed at the Sofitel. It was as always excellent and very relaxing. The staff were all friendly and willing to help me. The room was very comfortable with a bed, couch, floor, bathroom, toilet, closet, all clean. Also, the iron and ironing board are provided, which is a very appreciated feature for me. I would definitely stay there again.

Sorry but not a great experience
Checked out after one night out of a 1 week stay and moved to a different hotel and no refund option… Poor service was the main issue, lack of hot water in the room and the hotel rooms are dated and a bit knackered which is not what I’d expect from the Sofitel. Will stay with Sofitel in the future but not this hotel, sorry.

I checked in to my room where there was no shampoo and no shower gel. Some of electricity plugs were not working I asked for a big bucket of ice and I received a small one I asked to make up my room and I came back after 3 hours and the room was not done

5 stars hotel but 3 stars cleanliness. The pillow & bed sheet had quite a few stain spots, bath towel also has stain in it. Amenities not replenish in the first day when we checked in. The bed & pillows are too soft & the “sink in” feeling not so comfortable. The aircon noise was too loud & quite disrupting our sleep. There’s a very obvious big water leaking stain on the ceiling at the aircon area. The breakfast also taste very average but quite pricey. Other than these, the staffs are actually very nice & friendly. Hopefully the cleanliness & facilities can be better improve to match the 5 stars status.

Still one of the best.
The room was just as great as when I last visited in 2019. The pillows have definitely improved (I used to have to as for a firmer pillow as theirs was too soft); now they give you one firm one (not a foam pillow) and one soft one. Service was just as great, staff just as helpful and attentive. Definitely one of my favourite places to stay in KL. Highly recommended for its price point, location and service, if you choose not to stay in the heart of KL City Centre.
