The hotel is good for the price. The room is Ok, the breakfast is nice, and the location is A but i would not stay here again nor recommend it because when we woke up we were covered in bug bites. Informed them at check out. Hope they do something about it to prevent it from happening again because it is a really nice property, close to everything

Shower drainage is weak. More and more water accumulates. Also, since the train is nearby, there is noise during the day as well as early morning and late night.

Personalet var ikke særlig imødekommende og smilende, havde tre nætter, fik gjort rent en gang, og det var fint, men ingen toiletpapir, måtte selv købe, men rigtig flot udsigt fra poolen, helt skidt var det ikke 😀

Quite a disappointing stay with Regalia
the air Cond is leaking water, the toilet was old, the floor was dusty, tv not functional, no hair dryer (provided upon request with 30 minutes waiting time), the fridge was old, toilet roll left abit, the curtain looks dirty n old, the room door was old, my friend was locked inside the room, need to keep trying to make it open. Parking was expensive, around RM33++ for overnight.

I'm trying my best to be thorough and do not read this and think ohh that's just her opinion. Here are the facts. They have 6 elevators. One worked the entire 2 weeks i was there. For 38 floors... ONE WORKED. When you order food or use grab no one will come near the hotel. You have to walk to the other side of the lot. They share the pool with the residents and you have to fill out a form every time you want to swim. So dumb. The "breakfast buffet" was non existent. They served over cooked sausage, rice and hashbrowns in a paper bag for 35 rm A PERSON! Trash. My room smelled of mildew because the floor was wet from some unknown leak by the window. The windows don't open. The rooms have and and little bugs that they don't do anything about even when asked. No English speaking channels so don't expect it which is fine but not very thoughtful. You can't really walk to anything from this hotel. It's on a hill and next to a freeway. Front desk was nice, the view from the pool is breathtaking and that is the only good. After all the inconvenience, they had the nerve to charge me for misplacing the elevator key! Laughable, it never worked! I took the stairs everyday! Do not recommend. Just do not do it!

Need to wait 20-30 minutes for using the lift, breakfast can said the worst experience for me and my family ever had either the place for eat or their quantity of foods and drinks. One more thing they dont provided free parking. Need to pay with touch n go, per hour is RM1.60. Imagined if you park from 2.00 p.m. until next 12.00 p.m on the next day how much it will cost. I strictly dont recommend if you don't have highly patient attitude.

TV Channels :))) , breakfast uneatable! on the side we had a case of domestic violence ( which can happen in such a big house) on our floor. the poor thing was the security, that didnt really care and was totally unprofessional. for that money you get much better deals in kl, so better dont go...

Wurde mit 5* Unterkunft geworben. Fotos sahen sehr vielversprechend aus somit haben wir gebucht. Angekommen wurde dann erst mal festgestellt dass das Gebäude äußerst ungepflegt ist. Auch das gebuchte Apartment Zimmer war einfach abgewohnt. Tapeten hängen von der Wand. Spiegel und Fenster wurden wohl seit Monaten nicht mehr geputzt. Auch der Infinitiy Pool sah alles andere als gepflegt aus. Aufzug im Gebäude ist eine Katastrophe und teilweise wartet man 5-10 Minuten bis er die Tür öffnet.

This was probably once a great hotel but sadly the condition of the room was disappointing due to marks on the walls, peeled paint and lack of being maintained. The room smelt of smoke from previous guests despite being cleaned. The bed had bed bugs. Positives include the infinity pool, the view and the restaurant downstairs.

The property was not as mentioned and the management never answers the phone and they charged me for 5 nights, when i called them earlier and told them the flight was delayed , i asked them to charge for 2 nights, but they never answered after and charged for the whole stay and just an overall extremly bad experience.

Affordable apartment next to Sunway Putra
An affordable place for a one night layover in KL on the way to Genting. Huge 2 bedroom apartment within 200m walking distance to Sunway Putra Mall. Room is dated but acceptable. Security Guards at car park are very strict but understandably so.
