What a great hotel in the middle of downtown KL! Our room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, very nice pillows, clean bathroom, free filtered water, and a very helpful staff. It is also steps away from a massive shopping center that has about 100 different options for food - pretty much everything you can think of. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to stay again soon.

Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre is a very nice hotel .The bed is very comfortable, the washroom is very clean. We liked the breakfast very well. Personel ist very friendly and helpful. Petronas Towers are only 15 minutes away.

1週間滞在しました。とてもよかったです。清潔、便利でした。隣の部屋との壁も厚いのか、静かでした。洗面台には蛇口が二つあり、ひとつは飲み水専用でした。そのため、無料での水ボトルの提供はありませんでした。シャワーのみでしたが、すぐお湯になりました。そして、除湿の風がきいていて、洗濯物がすぐ乾きました。次も絶対ここにします。

โลเคชั่นดีมากๆ สะดวกมาก อยู่หลัง Pavilion แบบที่ออกจากรร.ก็มีทางเชื่อมเข้าห้างได้เลย กินชอปสะดวกสุดๆไปเลยจ้า ทางเชื่อมนี้เดินไปอควาเรียม, KLCC Park, Suria, ตึกแฝดได้ด้วย จากตึกแฝดข้ามถนนต่อไปสะพานSaloma ได้อีก หรือจากหน้า Pavilion ก็เดินต่อไป Fahrenheit, Lot10, บูกิตบินตังได้ด้วย เรียกว่าพักที่นี่ เดินไปเที่ยวได้ทุกที่สบายๆ แบบครบ แบบจบ ห้องพักสะอาดสะอ้านตามมาตรฐานโนโวเทล อาหารเช้าไม่แย่เลย (ไม่ถึงขนาดว๊าว แต่ก็ครบถ้วนตามสิ่งที่ควรจะมี คนขี้เกียจหาร้าน ขี้เกียจออกเช้าอย่างเรา ก็คือโอเคนะ) ครัวซองต์อร่อย!! เอาไปใส่เครื่องอุ่นขนมปังของเค้าสักหน่อย ทานกับนมหรือแยมที่เขามีให้ ฟินมากกก พนักงานก็ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใสให้ความช่วยเหลือดี ไปกัวลาลัมเปอร์รอบหน้า ก็จะกลับไปพักที่นี่อีกอย่างแน่นอน!! ปล. โรงแรมมีเครื่องกรองน้ำ 3M อยู่ในห้องให้เลย ไม่มีน้ำขวดให้ เราเอาขวดไปเติมแช่ตู้เย็นเอาเอง เหมาะกับคนกินน้ำจุแบบเรามาก สะดวกมาก ดีมาก อยากให้ทุกที่มีแบบนี้

1.住宿環境乾淨舒適,空間適中剛好,置物空間多,不會感覺擁擠。 2. 地理位置超棒,位處百貨旁,飯店旁的電扶梯直通商場,也有附冷氣天橋通往雙峰塔。 3. 衛浴空間舒適,洗手臺大小適合且有附濾水器很方便。 4. 現場加入會員會送飲料,但國籍選台灣無法成功只能選其他國家才能成功(像是馬來西亞、日本等)。 5. 馬桶蓋似乎與馬桶座大小不合很容易歪掉。 6. 空調聲音會突然很大聲,對聲音敏感的人可能會睡不好。

Hôtel non adapté aux familles. Nous avons réservé pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants dans la plus grande suite, mais pas de lits pour les enfants, nous avons dû payer en plus pour un lit d’appoint, l’autre enfant dans le canapé non convertible… Néanmoins, l’hôtel est parfaitement situé, impeccable, le service exceptionnel.

정말 좋았어요. 애초에 호텔의 문제가 아니지만, 말레이시아 자체가 엄청 더워서 밖에 나갈 때 힘든 것 빼고는 여행 자체가 엄청 좋았거든요. 조식도 좋았고, 냉방도 잘 되었고요. 무엇 하나 아쉬운 게 없었다고 할 수 있지만, 한 가지 희망사항이 있다면, 조명이 조금 더 밝았으면 좋겠어요.

Budget hotel with budget service.
I had a late check-in and was assigned a room at the end of the corridoor, with access via a little passage. I asked if I might have another room and was given one on the premier floor. The room was fine but I left my glasses at the previous room, and when I rang reception if I might go with the concierge to retrieve my spectacles, I was told by the receptionisht that the concierge had to go alone, which I thought rather odd. Ten minutes later, the concierge knocked on my door to say he'd found nothing. That little misadventure aside, the hotel is dated and the staff though friendly, was poorly trained. They gave me conflicting information regarding payment for the taxi to KLIA. One said I had to pay the hotel, the other, that I had to give the cash directly to the driver. Novotel KL's location is good, but that's about it. Breakfast was dreadful. My advice? Pay a little more, and stay elsewhere.
