Overall a nice property. My only critique would be related to staff follow through. I requested a car service from the airport. None arrived. I booked a tour through the concierge only to show up at the designated time with no record of the booking.

マンダリンとしては価格を控えめにしてくれている。それで持って朝食などは美味しいし品数も多い。 クラブアクセスをつけましたが、アフタヌーンティーはそれほど。カクテルタイムは軽食などですけど美味しいものも👍 スリアKLCCに隣接しているので雨でもショッピングや食事に困らないのは最高。 タイムズスクエアくらいまでなら歩いてもさほど苦にはならないです。日陰さえ通れれば、、 スタッフの方も悪い印象は一切受けませんでした☺️
