Not a five star experience
Service was ok. For a five star experience it should be better. Hard beds and ok view from the room. Breakfast was fine. Not much vegetables.

Very nice property. Very kid friendly. Good buffet. Great pool and gym (which is small but feels like a high end gym). Great service. Food options are good but not great. And it is expensive for food on site. It’s a little hard to get off the resort. Traffic can be bad, but it is a short Grab to the train station.

Would never come back!!
The Hotel is a horror experience when it comes to check-in, took the team more than 1 hour to check in. And very very poor service!! I don't meet any hotel staff greeting to me and they don't even look at you like you are visible. All Staffs aren’t friendly Poor sound insulation in room. I can hear the toilet flushing all the day even midnight. Parking is far from the building, had heavy bags but there was no buggy on site or when the staff saw, no action was taken. Not value for money at all,It's first and last to stay this terrible hotel! 5 star hotel but 1 star service!

Worst 5-Stars hotel ever! Staffs lack of training and knowledge. Check in on 25th December, started my line to queue at 4pm. Done my check in after an hour of waiting at 5pm. Reason given was heavy arrival which is unacceptable because it's not their first day operating as a hospitality. My anniversary flower was left at the concierge and I requested them to send to my room but they say have to be at night because bellboys are not available, which is 4 hours apart, just ridiculous. At night I requested a bucket of ice and bottles of waters from the phone. They sent a staff with very rude attitude and I fully condemn this in a hospitality industry and a 5-stars hotel. He passed me the bucket of ice and the bottles of waters straightaway requested :" Can I have the empty one?" And I thought he was referring to the empty bottles so i get him the empty bottles but he started to be impatient and asked me "Can I come in?" With a bad tone. When i replied yes, he just furiously come into my room and get the empty bucket and leave but never forget to slam my room door. I felt really offended and disrespected but i chose to leave it cause I do not want to ruin my mood because of the service. Hope the general manager can have a look into this matter.

Hotel com excelente estrutura de piscina, sauna, academia e quartos! Localizacao e um pouco longe do centro de Kuala Lumpur e os funcionários da recepção poderiam ser mais gentis, não explicaram nada sobre o hotel na nossa chegada, simplismente deram o cartao do quarto.

Best hotel for family with kids in KL!
This is the best hotel if you want to get family friendly resort-ish feeling in kl. Mr zairi and justin were attentive and gave the best service you could possibly asked for. All the staff are helpful and friendly. The kids loved it soo much, the pool was amazing and the kids club is well equipped. The food at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. Dont get fooled by the affordable room rate, the quality and experience match rooms thats cost double of it. Thanks M!defo going to revisit soon.

Very nice resort in the city concept. Love the modern design and resort vibes. We enjoyed our stay, but 50/50 to come back 😅 ✅︎Pros :- -Friendly security guards, concierge, buggy driver, reception employees. -Beautiful lobby but not beautiful when there is too many people :( -Nice modern room -Love the bathroom with vanity mirror with light -Comfortable bed but pillows too soft (?) -Management very thoughtful for giving us complimentary cake (for our anniversary and 2 Nov babies birthdays) Thank you! -Wide selection of breakfast spread, all yummy! Teh tarik need to be less sweet though, but it's OK! -Love the pool design and slide ❌Cons (And much needed attention and improvement) :- -Hot location for government events (?) -AVOID the weekend holiday crowd, the queue will be VERY LONG. The lobby will be crowded with cars as well -Advisable to call the hotel to check if you prefer a chill vibe holiday, otherwise hotel is super-super crowded at every inch of the corner when there is a government/corporate/wedding events. - LIFTS : Long wait to go down even if you are on 1st floor, especially during peak period (We went at 1140 and 1208 and finally reached level G). Lifts are full and people are inconsiderate towards families with babies with strollers. -Improve the pool cleaning and maintenance (the water is super murky for 2days) -Improve/train the restaurant employees to be more friendly Repeat stay? 50/50 (Yes during weekdays, NO during weekend/holidays)

Clean and new hotel. Inconvenient as there is nothing around the vicinity, not even convenience store hence to get around, will definitely need to call for transport. Other than that, the hotel is spacious, new and clean. Good variety in the hotel breakfast buffet too..
