Not quite right
Me and my friend stayed one night at Impiana. When we arrived there was a q-tip on the bathroom floor. We pressed the housekeeping button by mistake at 10 pm, but noone arrived. However, at 00.15 am the door bell rang twice. I saw two male staffs outside and was hesitant to open. I heard them speaking to a woman on the radio who told them to move on. I opened the door after they had left and heard them ringing another bell and saying «housekeeping». I was very scared by this as I was asleep, and since we had not ordered any housekeeping at this time. I told the reception at check out but did not receive any compensation. In the morning we were in a hurry to catch a flight, but had to wait to be seated at the breakfast buffet, due to an overcrowded space. Overall not the best experience.

Skip this option next time
Slow check in, even slower check out. Not enough staff at reception during peak hours. Why do they not provide express check out for those who paid room in advance? I just had to leave without checking out, otherwise I would have missed my flight. Too slow wi-fi and not very clean.

det var veldig mye kluss med inn sjekking og de brukte lang tid på å sjekke inn. Dette måtte vi igjennom 2 ganger da vi hadde booket ett opphold fra lørdag til torsdag og torsdag til lørdag. Noen snakket bedre engelsk en andre. Ellers var folk veldig hyggelige og imøtekommende. Alltid ett smil om munnen

Staff members were most friendly and offered advice on where to go. The hotel has its own convenience store inside and the outdoor pool was clean and well maintained. There was a short cut from the main entrance to the Pavilion mall over the bridge and an easy 5min walking distance to the towers. Overall very happy with the facility and location.

We were given a room on the 7th floor which had a very stuffy smell. Lots of dust. Called the helpline and staff came to spray freshener which made my husband's cough worse. We went down to the lobby and complained. The manager was extremely helpful and apologised for the awful experience we had. He immediately changed our our room to the 20th floor. It was so much nicer and cleaner. Impressive view of the Petronas towers. Love the walk from the hotel to KLCC and Bukit bintang.

Love this hotel.Room is clean,spacious with good views.Staff were exceptional,from the front desk,the front door,security,transport booth and cleaners.Location is very convenient and walkable to the convention centre,the Petronas towers,park mall etc.I definitely recommend Impiana and will surely stay here again.

I loved my recent stay at Impiana Hotel KLCC. Abeautiful hotel, my room was modern, luxurious, quiet with comfortable bed. Breakfast in the mornings was fantastic, great range of foods and tastes. The staff were so polite and friendly and very helpful. Location wise, it is close to eveything, the Petronas towers are 5 min walk away, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. I would happily recommend staying at Impiana hotel KLCC.

So this is an honest review of why we have rated this so low...negatives: 1. Took 30 mins to check in 2. Used condom wrapper in clear sight on floor near the bed in a room that had apparently been cleaned 3. Half a pill/tablet in clear sight on the floor of the bathroom entrance 4. Pool, although big and refreshing, the water is very dirty and the bottom of the pool is littered with rubbish 5. There is a bakery in the foyer...on asking about some of the cakes, the man working there told me he didn't know anything about anything! 6. There is a handy convenience store in the foyer, the man working in this one grabbed the money out of my husband's hand when he was paying 7. You can wait a lifetime for a lift to arrive at your floor! 8. The safe is the room didn't work. 9. Cleaning was sadly sporadic in the room... however, when cleaned it was to a high standard Positives: 1. We had a club room. The club floor access is great and the breakfast was very good. 2. Big rooms, with comfortable beds and high powered shower. We have previously lived in KL and travelled extensively...sadly, we would neither recommend nor return to this hotel. It has the markings of a nice hotel to stay but their service is just way below par.

The room was very comfortable, like the link bridge that connect the hotel directly to KLCC convention Centre, Twin Tower, Park etc. Both the room and swimming pool had nice view of the KLCC Twin Tower.

I had a wonderful stay at the Impiana. I reserved the club lounge premier room and was upgraded to a suite. I highly recommend paying the extra for a club lounge. The lounge is excellent. We ended up just hanging around the hotel much more than we had planned to.The pool has a great view and is only sunny from around 11:30 to 3:30. I enjoyed sitting by the pool when it wasn't sunny. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The best part of an overall wonderful experience though is the location. No hotel has a better location. Thank you for a great relaxing stay. I will be back.

What rather affected by power shut down. On 28/3 and only being notified the day before. Got stucked at the L13 lift lobby - warm and hot. Quite thankful to get the fireman lift after almost 45mins waiting. Staff are all very polite.
