Great location and view, good service!
We had a great stay at Furama Bukit Bintang. The view from the rooms were amazing with both KL Tower and Petronas Twin Towers close by. The Times Square shopping mall was also a great positive surprise, considering it had everything to keep the children’s occupied, and it was just a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The staff was polite and serviceminded and extremely helpful. Only thing that drags the hotel down a bit is the cleanliness on the towels. The towels we got had several spots on them and didn’t look new. This may be a one-time happening, so I wouldn’t let that be a reason to not book this hotel. Overall very pleased with the stay!

Ikke så flott hoyelø som bildene skulle tilsi.
Jeg reiste alene i juli 2018. Førsteinntrykk av rommet var at det definitivt var dårligere standard enn det bildene gav in trykk av. Utsikten var mot en byggeplass med bråk tidlig om morgenen. Dårlig utført arbeid på badet, og det føltes ikke veldig innbydende. Sengen var den hardeste jeg noen gang har kjent, men det venner man seg til. Neste morgen snakket jeg med respesjonen og formidlet at det var veldig bråkete og ønsket rom på motsatt side. Det lot seg heldigvis gjøre og jeg fikk i stedet utsikt mot byen. Og mye roligere og bedre standard. Inntrykk av at personalet var servicevennlige. Ikke minibank på hotellet. Tok 7 min å gå til nærmeste kjøpesenter. I KL er det ikke uvanlig med flotte hoteller side ved side ved "slum" område, og det samme gjald her. Hotellet anbefalte ikke å gå alene etter mørkets frembrudd i området. Jeg gjorde det, og følte meg helt trygg da det likevel var så mange som gikk der og det var godt opplyst. Veldig bra massasjesenter rett over gata. Helt ok hotell å bo på dette hltellet om man likevel skal tilbringe mye tid ute på sightseeing, men skal man nyte hotell oppholdet og være mye på rommet, ville jeg valgt et annet. Spiste ikke frokost og sjekket ikke ut treningsfasilitetene. Annet: hotellet tar 160mr for å kjøre til flyplassen. Men det går tydeligvis ann å prute, så jeg betalte 100. For vanlig taxi kostet det 85mr fra flyplassen til hotellet. For vanlig taxi uten takstameter er det nok billigere, men vet ikke om det er like fornøyelig.

Avoid hotel Furama Bukit Buntang
I stayed in the Club floor, supposedly the best rooms in the hotel.Well, most everything with the hotel is low standard. It seems that the management don´t spend a cent on maintenance. With an important exception for the staff working in the Club Lounge, employees in general show very little interest in the guest. One example: When I checked out, no smiles, no questions like "did you enjoy your stay", no "welcome back". A very cold and indifferent atmosphere. I have never before experienced something like this. Because of a very noisy - early and late - building project on the back side of the hotel, I asked for another room on the other side. I new for a fact that two rooms were available, but I was told that the rooms were blocked because the air conditioning did not work. The people in the reception lied to me. later I saw guests living in one of the rooms. After a shower, a small lake established itself around the toilet. I informed the reception twice, but nothing was done with the problem. Oh, yes, the hotel seems to offer a good price, but it is not worth. Spend a little more on other hotels and you jump from a tired 3 star hotel to a nice 5 star hotel.

This hotel shows its age, but the surroundings make up for it. The sheets are clean and comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. The hotel is conveniently located next to a mall called LaLaPort and is surrounded by a variety of shops and eateries. One standout feature is the digital service, where you can scan a QR code to order room service or check out directly from your room.

Property is aged and needs a renovation. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast options are very limited and very busy. Its worth getting the executive rooms so you have the option of a private lounge breakfast and evening drinks/snacks.

The location is good as it is next to BBCC and my preferred LRT station of Hang Tuah. There are reasonably priced hawker food stalls nearby and Time Square and other Bukit Bintang shopping malls within walking distance. Like other places in the city most of the roads do not have proper pedestrian paths. The hotel is getting old and would be good if there is some refurbishment. The rooms are clean and good sized but room amenities seem to be less than in the past. The towels are not fluffy at all. They need to be replaced. I don't like the idea of water dispenser on every floor. I prefer bottled water as well as jugs for boiling water. The food at breakfast is pretty good but after 3 days it gets a bit tiresome. Overall the staffin reception, housekeeping and restaurant are very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel
Great hotel in good location. There was two major problems thou. The housekeeping staff on floor 4 kept pestering me eventhough i had the no cleaning sign on. One of them opened my room while I was sleeping and another called to the room. Maybe they were planning to steal my luggage? The other problems was The lack of warm shower water.

The place itself is still okay just might need more updating. But there aren’t really anything around the hotel. Walking during daytime is fine, when it turns dark it doesn’t feel safe because the street lights are limited & no shops are open nearby. Walking at night really is scary because there’s no proper walkway leading around the hotel.

Had issue to check in, I was even late for check in but had to wait for another half an hour before they find my booking. Then the room door kept locking me out and would work. One time I needed water and there is no water in the room you have to take a jug to a water dispenser in the corridor and went out there but couldn't open my room door. So had to go to reception in a bath rope , so humiliated. 😭

I have stayed at Furama many times over the last 10 years. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. The prices are reasonable and I prefer the location because I am very familiar with the area. As an athlete and daily lap swimmer, I suggest the pool cleaning staff have the pool clean and ready at the 7 am opening time. Each morning the staff would begin cleaning the pool at 7 am. With decades of regular lap swimming experience and having stayed at numerous hotels, and lived many years in Asia. I’ve trained in many pools. The Furama pool is not cleaned correctly and there is often debris in the water, and the water is cloudy. During this visit, I stayed for three weeks. The pool was basically in the same unclean condition every day.

清潔服務都有到位,只是等待時間都比較久,外出前叫補東西或清潔回來之前就完成,額外收費跟早餐費當下已結清退房日又被清算一次 電腦應該當下結清就要有紀錄才是,還得在退房時候浪費時間
