Great Apartement Hotel with nice pool views
Great apartement hotel on top of a shopping mall. The room had everything we needed to cook meals, relax and unwind for a couple of days. The infinty pool on the top floor has an amazing view in the evening.

Affordable and functional hotel stay
The staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed in an executive apartment that was spacious and functional. There was very good water pressure in the shower and I appreciated that a water bottle fountain was available on each floor. There were many electrical plugs available and the many light switches were even labelled. It also was very convenient that the hotel was attached to the mall. Breakfast was okay but you had to pay for Starbucks coffee dispensed from a machine.

Wonderful staff. Room was ok and reasonably clean. Unfortunately I was worried for our health. There was an overwhelming odour of mould when we arrived. I was told we could not change the room did I want the cleaning service to come? Well no I didn't want lots of chemical products that would not disperse before the night, nor the attention of someone who had already clearly tried to clean. I bought baking soda and scrubbed the areas I could reach then rinsed and sprayed vinegar. We left the air con on and went out for a few hours. As we were there for 2 nights we left the air con on all the next day. Luckily the bed was far enough away from the kitchen drain and I could put vinegar in there otherwise I would have needed to find another hotel. Cleaners need to pay attention to drains. I understand mould is difficult to control with intense KL humidity. This is the first time I have ever encountered this in a hotel.

Unbelievably run down property that is almost impossible to find by car. Long black hairs on floor in bathroom. Pictures make it look nice but it was disgusting. “Breakfast” was 3 tiny pastries and toast in a take away box - for 2 people and cost something like 24RG. Ridiculous. Run away!

청소 상태가 엉망이었고, 객실관리도 엉망이었음. 수건에서 냄새가나고 베게에서 찌든 냄새 그리고 세면대 음식찌꺼기가 그대로있었고, 싱크대아래 쓰레기통이 비워져있지 않은체로 있었으며, 쇼파에서도 침냄새 같은 독한 역겨운 냄새가 있었으며 프런트와 하우스키핑에게 연락하려했으나 오후 6시경이었는데도 전화를 받지않았음. 조식은 외부에서 가져온듯한 도시락이었음. 선택의 여지가 없음. 먹든지 말든지 그런태도? 완전 엉망이었음. 피트니스도 더럽고 냄새나며, 수영장 또한 관리되지 않은 상태였음. 단, 하나 좋은점은 쇼핑몰과 같은 건물에 있어 쇼핑이나 식당 가기에 좋다는것 말고는 절대 비추입니다.

Our time loss because we have to wait for the technician to vacumn out the water for the aircon- living aircon not working. Toilet bowl dirty (pic not included) that I have to get a clorox to pour on both toilet bowl. Mug and teapot dirty with coffee stain, didnt wash at all. I have to sterilized all cutlery with hot water for 3 times. Toilet floor is full of hair and room is dusty. When i asked the housekeeping when they clean, they said 1 day before i check in which is shocking. I paid this property to come and clean the room, nonsense!

Good To Stay Only For A Night
I stayed just for few hours. I booked the room as a transit for me to sleep, rest and take a showers before continuing my road trip further north. I like that they allow me to check in early, considering that I will leave early. The room is good for a night stay, but I don't really feel that my room was properly cleaned nor sanitized.

Nothing special and Mediocre service!
Nice hotel. But there was a miscommunication on my booking and the notes acknowledgement of hotel staff regarding my breakfast (sahur). We ended with a very minimal or mediocre food received with the 4 stars rate standard level. Quite dissatisfied.
