You have found the perfect place to relax and recharge. Step away into " Forever and for Always" and let you soul unwind. From the moment you step in the door you will feel right at home. You wont even have time to unpack before you are out on the porch sitting your cares away... and fresh air to make you say this is it. Year round enjoyment including snowmobiling, fishing, cross country skiing, biking, nature walks. Pensaukee River runs right in the backyard!

The home design is custom & offers the most amazing exposed wood beams, architectural features, classical cabin feel but with openness for modern tastes that highlights the uniqueness. Enjoy your very own home spa with sauna, swimming pool & hot tub, yoga sun room. Panoramic views with an abundance of windows and skylights that lets the natural light pour in. Outbuildings, acreage, ponds, fire pit please provide your own wood, private, sand volleyball.
The house has 3 outdoor cameras 2 in front entry one in the back of the house are use for safty security purpuse only.
House is divided into two sections but connected together great for families/groups private but still together.
1st. area Main has 2 Bedrooms, 1-king, 1-queen, living area, dining, kitchen, sunroom, indoor pool, workout area, sauna, 3.5bath.
2nd. area 2 Bedroom- 1-king, 2-queen, 1 full bath, living area.

All seasons are beautiful here, as nature puts on a display of brilliant colors depending on the time of year. We hope your stay at the cabin will be a time of refreshment and renewal.

We loved our Christmas stay here. It's a true family getaway. We played endless games (many provided by host), ice skated, swam, replaced in the hot tub, and had plenty of food that we made in their spacious kitchen. Many amazing memories made! Plus, the host made sure we were happy and comfortable immediately. We'll be back!

I want to start this review by saying we enjoyed our stay. There are definitely improvements that could be made, but the location is nice and relaxing and we really enjoyed the pool. Curtains/blinds in rooms would be wonderful. If staying with a large group there is no way to cover up the windows. The downstairs bedroom has a glass panel door and no privacy film or curtain on it.Oblong toilet seat on round toilet and not bolted down well. ( mother in law suite)Grill not clean under grates. Caused flames to come through grill and made cooking difficult.Host communication leaves a lot to be desired. Sent questions twice and took 15 hours each time to respond.Had to request entry information from host less than 24 hours before stay started as no email/information was sent.Outdated stovetop - works, but takes awhile to even boil water.Lots of storage in kitchen, but makes it difficult to find items, labels would be helpful.Lack of bathroom hand towels. 2 bathrooms missing them completely and only found 1 in the laundry room.Load of clean towels in the dryer when we arrived.2 propane tanks, 1 in garage. Tank attached to grill was half empty and tank in gargae was empty. We needed another tank during our stay. Messaged host to see if they provide or if we needed to exchange tanks, they responded and asked about the garage tank - which we only knew about through exploring, there was no information telling us one was in there. I responded and said that the garage

This is a truly beautiful home, and it feels like home. It is perfect for my family, with bedrooms for all the adults and kids, and a great common are to gather in. This is our second time, and we hope to make it yearly. The kids love the pool. The trees were justing starting to turn, fall would be a great time to stay.

If you enjoy both being outside and hanging with family inside this is the perfect place. All the inside was clean. I am picky about cleanliness but this was clean. The host responded to my questions in a timely manner.The pool and hot tub and sauna were all used. It was nice to relax inside. Play cards at the large table and walk the property spotting deer, birds and turtles. The only thing anyone staying here needs to know is that you really need to be able to handles steps and stairs because there are a lot of them. Otherwise this was a perfect get away. We will stay here again if in the area.

Definitely felt like we were on vacation in this very unusual house. We all loved the pool and hot tub. We were unable to get the internet to work in half the house for the entire week. Host did not help with this. We also had trouble with the hot water. After 1 or 2 showers the hot water was gone and we had to wait a while for it to replenish. Host told me to communicate with her via text but never gave me her phone number despite me asking for it a couple of times so the hot water issue was never resolved. The water in the bathroom over the garage smelled terrible and made you not want to shower in it. Despite these things we would stay here again because of the pool and the living/kitchen areas. The outside fire pit and front porch were also very nice.

Everything about the place was great. Pool was amazing, kitchen congregation worked for the 11 of us. The place needs a little more care with a little house maintenance and yard maintenance. That did not interrupt anything on our stay but we wondered how beautiful it must have been back in the day. Just letting anyone know that there are a lot of stairs, for anyone elder. All in all, it met our needs and we had a great time! Also very nice big yard for playing outdoor games!

Host ruined our vacation

I had this property booked for at least 6 months and received multiple emails confirming our stay. We had 5 people in 3 cars driving 3 hours en route to this rental. We never received access information to the house on the confirmation emails so I sent several messages to the host on VRBO, texted, and called her - the text messages and phone calls never went through to working line (undeliverable). I finally had to call VRBO and they tried to contact the host, unsuccessfully, and told me they were going to refund our money. The five of us were left scrambling to find last minute accommodations for the weekend in rural Wisconsin. Thankfully, we found another house rental (not through vrbo) that was able to get us in within an hour. The host of this property finally responded hours later saying she was on a plane. She texted me on the side offering a discount if we wanted to go back. I wouldn’t rely on this vacation rental or a host that offers discounts on the side.

5th birthday

We booked this with a group of friends for my daughters 5th bday. Property was fantastic. Pool was warm, hot tub was hot. Property was clean, beds were comfortable. Lots of steps and stairs. Sonif you have leg, ankle, foot or hip issue i dont reccomend. Host was nice, when she messaged. First few messages were a little delayed, but got the info we needed in the time frame we needed it.

60th Birthday with Family

This was an amazing place to spend my birthday with husband, mother, mother in law, children and grandchildren. We bought rain boots and walked around in the water from all the rain while exploring the outdoors. Didn’t matter that it rained we swam every day. An absolutely beautiful home with the perfect layout for families. My grandson didn’t want to leave asked if we could live here. Highly recommend!!

A very unique stay

This place was perfect for the 2 families that stayed here. So much space! The pool area was an amazing! You could tell the house was built a while ago but we loved the custom design throughout the entire house. There isn’t much I would change about the place. The kitchen was a little outdated but other than that, this place had it all.

The property was nice. That’s the only good thing I could say about the property. There is not heating in the lower level. The communication with the host was terrible. I didn’t get any info on how to check in until 10 mins before my arrival time. Getting a hold of the host while there was terrible

Nice house for kids - pool is cold

Pool is not heated and is pretty cold. Water in the hot tub smells like metal and the water in the showers is not great. The hot tub jets don’t really have any strength to them and isn’t too hot. The house had a musty smell probably due to the high humidity of the pool. Nice layout of the house especially if you have younger kids that you want to put in the adjoining rooms. The pool is very nice once you get over the shock of 75 degree water. The window in the kitchen is great for grandmas watching kids playing kn the pool. Nice property to explore even in the winter. Unquie vintage architecture and fixtures.
