Room was dirty when we showed up. Lobby Manager sent Room Manager to check. Room Manager confirmed floor was dirty, trash was not emptied from previous guest(s), countertops were dirty and telephone didn’t work. He promised to send cleaner next day.
Next day fresh towels were placed, but floor was still dirty.
Next day a new toilet paper roll was added but nothing else, no fresh towels, no clean beddings.
Fed up, I went to Front Desk to ask for cleaning. He said rooms are not cleaned daily so he wouldn’t send a cleaner til the next day which was when cleaning was due. I had to remind him that the room was not cleaned AT ALL when they first checked me in. UGH! Nobody needs to endure such maltreatment.
