Rosewood is located in a convenient location. I enjoyed the breakfast there, not the food, but the service. The assistant manger, Kinson is very professional and he can remember my changing food preference. I appreciate his professionalism and thank you very much.

Very nice hotel, great room. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. We love the lounge on the 40th floor, and outdoor patio, but the food and refreshments could not be compared with those I had when I last visit earlier this year, a little bit disappointed with the dim sum and hot bar for breakfast. Everything else was good.

Room is spacious, bright, clean air, comfortable, full toiletries provided & staffs are really attentive & courteous. Great value for this classy room. I'd return to this hotel for my many more visits. Adjoining mall offers branded goods & some mixed value eateries. Beside is the Avenue of Stars & night scene is mesmerizing.

ocean view is very different from those major leading hotels, staff are very much helpful, environment friendly efforts are appreciated it claims it's a comparably new hotel, but hair dryer is really old, loud noise can be heard from the pipe after hand wash finished, sofa cushions details are not in good conditions

Very comfortable stay
The hotel is really luxury, best location, much newer compare to other big brands, I stayed in the corner suite with best view, the room was very spacious, corner suite layout is a little bit lack of efficiency, 2 connecting shower was very impressive, overall was good, very comfortable bed. I would come back again.
