Great location
Good value for money but in my opinion the rooms are more a 3 star hotel. Free bus to nearest metro and to the main attractions by the sea in Kowloon (no luggage allowed). Swimming pool is great. Close to the airport by TAXI - only 265 HKD - 35 minutes.

Great location in a very safe area. Local nearby eateries and bars were perfect, especially as the bar and lounge area at the hotel were closed. With the bar closed, the atmosphere inside the lobby/lounge area was lacking that “holiday vibrancy “.

ちょっと設備が古く、椅子のひじ掛けにがたつきがあったり、セイフティボックスが故障・交換があったりしたが、シャワーはすぐに熱いお湯が出て快適、前払いで安く泊まれたので良かった。旺角や油麻地の駅からは歩くと10分以上かかるので、ランガムプレイスの南側とホテルを結ぶ無料のシャトルバスが1時間おきに出ていたので助かる。ホテルの真向いにスーパーのwelcomeがあってちょっとした買い物には便利。

Der Pool auf dem Dach und der Fitnessraum sind super. Der Zustand insgesamt ist leider heruntergekommen (besonders Tapeten und Teppiche). Das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Frühstücksbuffett oder das Restaurant haben wir nicht probiert, da es im Ground Floor noch ein kleines Café mit gutem Kaffee gibt und in der Umgebung sehr viele Bäckereien und kleine Restaurants. Wir waren im 15. Stock mit den Fenstern von der Straße weg, dort war es sehr ruhig.

A bit different to Metropark Mong Kok because it’s further away from the main shopping area but it was still a walkable distance to YMT and Mong Kok Stations. Also very close to Mong Kok East Station. Staff were friendly, room was clean, easy check out. Just a bit weird to have the main reception on the 1st floor

For our guests taking MTR as transportation, we would recommend the Mongkok East Station which is within walking distance of around 8 minutes from our hotel. To facilitate the easy access to city centre, we provide free shuttle bus service to Mongkok. You are welcome to take a ride in your next visits. I have stayed here before and had a bigger room, I think it might be a struggle for two people in the smallest rooms. The pool is good, if small and the changing facilities not good. (Change in your room). I arrived early and they let me swim to freshen up, for which I was very grateful

Nice and convenient
We stayed in this hotel before a cruise. We arrived at the hotel quite late due our late flight. The receptionist was very nice and accommodating. The check-in process was quick. We forgot to bring the adapter to convert our Canadian electronic plugs to the receptacle in Hong Kong. The receptionist provided us an adapter for use during our stay. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. It faced the Waterloo Street and has plenty of sunlight during the daytime. The bathroom was also quite roomy with all necessary toiletries. The hotel indicated no daily cleaning of the room but would change the towels and replace toiletries if needed. This new policy was fine to us as we usually don't replace the towels everyday to help the environment. The hotel location was quite convenient with ample restaurants and shops around. It was about 15 minutes walk to a local market, which offered ample selection of vegetables and fruits. The hotel also offered a shuttle service to the Longham Place in Mongkok, which has plenty of shopping shops and eateries as well as close to the subway station. The shuttle service ran only on the hour and could be more convenient to run twice in the hour. The check-out process was also quick and simple. We planned to stay in this hotel after returning from the cruise.

Nice and convenient
We returned from a cruise and stayed in this hotel. The check-in process was quick and simple. The receptionist obtained all information after scanning our passports. We forgot to bring the adapter to convert our Canadian electronic plugs to the receptacle in Hong Kong. The receptionist provided us an adapter for use during our stay. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. It faced the Waterloo Street and has plenty of sunlight during the daytime. The bathroom was also quite roomy with all necessary toiletries. 청결 상태는 좋았어요!!! 다만 화장실 전등의 먼지가 보여서 조금 그랬지만 방이라던지 세면대 변기 등의 청결은 엄청 좋았어요!!! 근처에 편의점도 있고 역이랑도 너무 멀지는 않아서 좋았어요. 다만 몽콕역에서 셔틀이 있었다는걸 알아보지 않고가서 ㅋㅋ셔틀 운영하니 타시길!

The bed is comfortable. Floor is quiet. Have a good rest here after a tired day. Only being a slightly far from the nearest MTR (about 15 minutes walk). The wifi inside the room is terrible, nearly none. If you don't need wifi and don't worry about 15 minutes walking to MTR, then, it's a very good hotel for resting. We had a sound sleep here. Will come back next time.
