Central location, close to everything and easy access to all forms of transport. Star Ferry is steps away and MTR just as close. Hotel is getting old and has a lingering smell, the Italian restaurant, food was very good but the odour is hard to ignore. Floor 17 smell was ok but friends had to move rooms due to mouldy smell on Level 12. Club lounge has amazing and helpful staff but is tired space and food/drinks feel limited

The hotel room was too humid. Even though they place dehumidifier all over the place, because they have carpet, it did not help. Suggestion is to replace all the carpet with just hard floor

We had a horrendous delay on our flight into HKG and met my sister at the hotel just before 11.pm. Could not believe it when we were told that there was nowhere we could get a beer or a cup of tea except for room service. We had booked Club rooms but the lounge closed at 11. Thankfully, two charming gentlemen,Andrew and Simon in the lounge made us so welcome and also made tea and a beer for my husband. Although they were just leaving, they insisted on helping us and indeed were absolutely delightful for the rest of our stay. They are the reason we would go back to Marco Polo! Well done to them both.

Great location. Great amenities kit (slippers, toothbrush/paste). Large room. Requested 2 twins and they were positioned next to each other sharing a king sized headboard. I was pleasantly surprised at the room. Discovered the hotel has a entry to Canton St and another to the ferry terminal/harbor city mall which was very convenient.

The hotel is at a prime location adjacent to a busy mall. The harbor view room offers great view of the Victoria Harbor. But the room is in need of major upgrade. The decor is very outdated. The hotel is quite noisy. Staff are friendly. Aside from the view and the service, this hotel is at best a four star.

Ett gammalt ”svenskhotell” sedan den tiden då alla affärer med Kina sköttes via traders i Hongkong. De två översta våningarna med Continental Club är att föredra. Där ingår en utmärkt frukostbuffé samt cocktails och smårätter till kvällen. Hotellet har ett perfekt läge precis intill Star Ferry terminalen. Från parkeringen utanför 6:e våningen tas de flesta bilderna på den klassiska vyn över skylinen på Hongkong ön.

Everything is fine but the rooms needed refurbishment. This building was one of the very 1st hotel in HK although they did refurbishment over the years but it is getting tired, staying there is old habits and convenience for personal reasons.

Very satisfying stay to-date for our return to visiting HK since the Pandemic. The hotel is as we remembered it in terms of great location, service and cleanliness. The breakfast buffet is really great too! They can improve in terms of their electric outlets and provide bigger TVs based on room size.

Wonderful Location and Staff
Had the opportunity to stay at this hotel right in the middle of the Harbor City area. Plenty to do without having to drive anywhere. They provided me with an amazing view up on the Continental Floor. Breakfast always had a nice variety of choices along with the Afternoon Tea and Evening Drinks. The staff and Manager up on that floor was thoughtful and kind during my entire stay. Very welcoming aura. The room service staff kept the room tidy and everyone was extremely friendly. Thank you for a wonderful experience during our vacation.

We had a perfect stay at the Marco Polo Hong Kong hotel. Great hotel, staff, food, service. The big shopping center Harbour city is downstairs where you can take a lift. Shopping street infront of the hotel. We would definately go back next time. Close by very easy to take a ferry to the other side of the city.

Der einzig gangbare Weg für dieses Hotel: Abreissen & neu aufbauen. Hotelzimmer in einem desolaten Zustand. Personal kann nichts dafür und ist sehr freundlich. Alles andere unzumutbar.
